There are a few more teary scenes later on, particularly the last 3 episodes. You might need tissues for those, because I certainly did.

I agree with you that Bai Jue is definitely more gentle with Shanggu than anyone else. I personally feel he started showing these micro expressions pretty early, maybe as early as E2.

Well it’s actually the daughter doing things where she thinks Qing Mu would have to marry her. The daughter is as annoying as her mother. 😡 But luckily Qing Mu is and always will be loyal to Houchi. 💕

😂 I can understand your unpleasant feelings about Wu Huan since many of us had similar emotions. However, Shanggu is not related to Wu Huan in the way you think she is. So keep on watching. You have about 6 more episodes before the truth is revealed.

I don’t think we ever got an answer as for who Donghua was in the God Realm

You would think this person got the hint from ALP’s page, so I was surprised to see this post from this person here. What’s even more hilarious, I’ve seen a particular person (goes by the name of Jupiter Rules) hate on Xu Kai on ALP’s page almost every day while the drama was airing. Now this person goes to Song of Youth (starring Bai Lu) and continues to post hate comments on Xu Kai. The funny thing is, Xu Kai is not even in the drama! I just don’t understand what these people are thinking, posting all these negative comments, knowing so many people will push back at them.

Yes this person was attacking Ancient Love Poetry when it was airing. Kept using Douban rating to compare how bad the drama was.
