The reveal of Li Qing Liu being a prince was very cliché, but I loved that he was still true to his character even after entering court. He never minced his words in court like the other officials or Li Zhao, speaking directly and honestly. I really like that they didn't turn him suddenly into a long winding person as soon as they revealed his princely background. Its better to leave that to the old geezers in court and Li Zhao who grew up learning how to speak in circles.
Meng Qi : What do you not like about me? Tell me, I'll change. Miao Miao : What do you like about me? I'll change it. That was hilarious!!!..... ROFL ( b˙◁˙ )b
Why do characters become evil once they get a taste of royal life? Men fight for the throne, women fight to be Empress and finally both fight to stay in power. I can't say I'm surprised with CH's change. There were hints before when she was disturbed to hear about ZYX's promotion. Is it the deep rooted protest against polygamy that makes the women fight to have the Emperor's undivided attention? or is it just the power that comes with being in favor of the Emperor? wealth? respect? *sigh* palace life is so complicated
omg how could Sang-tae be her sibling? I never heard of that theory lol. But I still don't fully believe the head…
This theory started circulating because of the similarities between KMY & MST. Both of them hate butterflies, don't like their hair being touched, have creative talents like KMY's mother.
