I am sorry I realise I am in the minority here but I donโt remember the last time a show gave me this level…
I think it depends on what you look for in a BL, I find this show to be like the BL version of an American Pie movie. It's very over-the-top, raunchy, cringe humor, that not everyone is gonna like lol I for one really love the series. From reading other comments, you either fall into two places. its a show you either love or hate. Depends on what you find entertaining to you.
It's easy to sit and nitpick everything all the time but I don't care I love what this finale represents, even if they have to sacrifice some realism who cares, I was so moved when I saw the people sticking up for them, it truly shows that true change comes from within and when we work together, it was amazing and im so happy!
I very much disagree with the peaople saying the dan thing was just thrown in No, I do not think the whole dan thing was thrown in there for the sake of it, he explained his conflicting thoughts about the justice system and his trust in it ever since he was announced as a police officer, and I'm glad they did this with dans character and didn't shy away from how rotten it is and how a person can just blindly believe in it, what dan thought he was doing was right. it didn't feel thrown in at all. it's a messy thing no one has the answers to and they didn't sacrifice that messages and exploration just because of the ship.
Man Gun honestly just blows everyone at GMMTV away with his acting, I'm not trying to slander anyone they're all amazing actors so worthy of praise but the way Gun acts is just so superior imo, especially in his crying scenes. He does everything so subtle but you feel everything he is conveying just by his expressions, I'm so blown away with every episode, especially this one. The twin scene by far was one of the most impactful scenes and it was all him acting with himself basically, I can imagine that being hard to do, also Off in this he is stellar, finally getting the proper role to fully showcase his dramatic heft, hes amazing in this.
And yeah just like any art there is room for nitpicks and pointing out flaws but honestly, I just can't do it with this one. Just from the extremely small budget and lack of time, this team was given but with those hurdles, we still got such an important and emotionally gripping masterpiece out of it will forever cement it as my favorite BL. It's not perfect but that doesn't matter because of just how good it is and how much passion they had for it. I can forgive those small flaws. Thank you so much Not Me team this is so special and I hope everyone and GMMTV can see that too.
This series deserves the amount of views theory of love has..why aren't more people watching this masterpiece? I'm hoping its a case of more people will discover it overtime and love it because it deserves it
This episode was heartbreaking but amazing. This just solidifies Not Me in my number one spot of BL's I love how there is this overarching story plus the romance side of things. But I really I want to applaud the acting in this because I was actually blown away. Black is a character I hate for doing that to Sean but he is so scary, hard to read, and acted superbly by P'Gun. He had me awestruck Same as P'Off he actually broke my fucking heart..hes come SO far as an actor. Applaud everyone for this masterpiece!
