can anyone please recommend me dramas similar to this with feels and he always liked her?😩
All korean: 20th Century Boy and Girl (2017) I Hear Your Voice (2013) Reply 1997 (2012) Melancholia (2021) A Time Called You (2023) The Time We Were Not in Love (2015)
I didn't like the last 4 episodes at all which is a pity. The beginning of the drama had a sloow sloow start and it didn't catch my attention immediately. I spent the first 2 episodes scrolling reels on my phone, with the drama in the background as it was really boring and I felt like nothing was happening. However I wanted to give it a shot for KJW and surprise surprise, I got really hooked by the 3rd or 4th episode. I enjoyed the dialogues, comedy and generally how the characters are portrayed by the actors. I liked KSH and KJW's chemistry, and I truly believe this is one of KJW's best most recent roles as it's so different from anything else I've seen her in; her makeup and styling in general was spectacular, she's so beautiful and looks confident in her role. I also enjoyed the dynamics of Baek Hyun Woo's family with Hae In's; the episode where they start living together temporarily has to be my favorite part of the series, I laughed out loud to some of the scenes, they were hilarious.
However, the quality of the drama started to slowly decline for me, and at some point I was just watching for the love plot between Hae In's aunt and the countryside guy; and maybe just for the aunt in general, as she was the only interesting character near the end of the drama.
All in all, I was really hooked until ep 12, but after that the drama got really boring and too makjang for my liking, and I left it on in the background just to finish it. Should have been shorter than 16 episodes...sigh. The actors all brought a spectacular performance, however the script was not it in the last 4 episodes, which is a pity.
1. We all know how even numbered episodes end and the show ends at ep 16☠️2. Why was Tae sung in front of…
4. his watch fell but he picked it up and had it with him when crying in the hospital after sol was brought in. there's that scene where he's crying holding the watch in a fist. 5. it's simple, he won't remember them dating bc she might change the timeline in ep 9, so things will happen differently in the future.
you gotta rewatch the episodes to understand, some stuff are a bit confusing indeed
In the source novel, the "present" timeline was 5 years or so after the "return-to-the-past" highschool timeline.…
so beautiful. i have nothing more to say. i bet you write beautiful essays haha <3
anyway, i'll say some things tho. i agree that maybe he didn't find anyone else as good as her, and that would seem plausible in the scenario of him falling for the 34 year old her. when i said he seems obsessed, it's not that I think he has a mental problem, more that I can't understand loving someone for 10 years without ever seeing them in that time frame; i don't believe it's love, however I think it's mostly a deep longing and sadness for what was and what could be if they were to ever meet again. 5 years would have been so much better.
Thats why this is drama. There's a BL novel called Heaven Official Blessings, one of the ML waited for another…
lmao 800 years that's funny i know dramas should be an escape from the real life, but sometimes they can help and inspire you in your own life in taking better decisions. i've seen realistic dramas before, I'm not saying they don't exist, however I wished this one had kept the sense of realism more as it started so well and it's nicely written.
