*If u some how came across this comment and decided to read it before u watch the movie, even though it's hella…
And the fact that the parents were very accepting kind of surprised me. I mean, their 15-16 year old daughter is gonna have a baby, and they were chill, like it was nothing... But I liked every character in the movie nonetheless. Everyone served their purpose.
Just finished watching Sky of Love and well... let's just say I'm not watching it again unless I want to die of heartache. Which I probably will tomorrow when I rewatch it.
*If u some how came across this comment and decided to read it before u watch the movie, even though it's hella long, I highly recommend you to read it after watching because you'll regret it later* Okay... so I don't have a person sitting next to me, so I'm just gonna rant here because damn... I need to get it all out. So it was creepy at first. Who just randomly calls a girl and starts talking to her like it's nothing even though she doesn't know him? I mean, it was SUPER creepy. And then, a few minutes into the movie after they met, I was completely in love with the bond Hiro and Mike shared. Especially when she went through one of the hardest times in her life, he was there being a stable pole and what's not there to like in that? (By the way, that was my first cry in the movie.) And then, when they lost their child, I kind of lost it because it hit me straight at home. (My second, five minute long cry) And they broke up and I called Hiro an asshole for not giving her a reason, which I now regret big time, but yeah... I was pissed of for Miku's sake. I knew he was hiding something, but I didn't know what it was. (Though he killed someone for a min) And then, Yu comes in and I was like, No. Not happening. She's not over Hiro. And then I see Hiro with a cap for the first time in the movie and that's probably when the endless pool of salt water came out of my eyes. And when she goes to him and meets him at the hospital, it killed my heart. And the part where he cries, saying he doesn't want to die, it was so raw and full of emotion and well... I was high time sobbing at this point. And then there's the inevitable scene where she knew something bad was going to happen and was hoping for the best when she went to get the pictures printed and then she gets a call and his last words, instead of being I LOVE YOU, was 'SMILE' and I lost it... Had to pause for like twenty mins and had to drink a bottle of water before I started watching again XD I mean, it was so heartfelt and warm... what's not there to like abt this movie? I absolutely love the Lead actor's acting. Definitely worth a watch. Probably the only movie I rated a 10 on MDL.
Finished watching. So... like I said.... I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. But now that I finished watching it, I cried as much as I smiled during the movie and I would have regretted it if I didn't watch it. It was very heartfelt and I love the emotions this movie brought out in me.
Yes. It is also THE most annoying ending I've seen. park Hae Jin is brilliant as always - however, the ending…
The ending oh my god. It killed me. Like that didn't have to happen u know? I mean, it was unpredictable, which is amazing because most tragic stories have predictable endings, but it DIDN'T HAVE TO HAPPEN!
Can someone explain how A Love So Beautiful is the spin off to this? I don’t get it. BTW, I have watched Put Your Head On My Shoulder yet so pls don’t spoil it :)
I wish moon lovers ended like this ????.. they should have met in the future, I'm still so emotional about it…
Me too :( I mean, they could have met in the future. But if I'm not wrong, they were expecting to make a season two after it aired but Koreans didn't receive the drama well even though it was internationally popular. So they dropped it much to our despair.
Came back here to say, AJH is a trash. I can't believe i shipped them so hard
You can't say that. Who are we to judge him? For all we know, it could have been the other way round. I believe no one has rights to judge both GHS and AJH without knowing the entire story and we'll never get to the point of knowing it so it's best we keep our mouths shut.
This was my very first drama and I started binge watching dramas because of playful kiss cause I thought it was amazing. Now, two years and about a good 80 dramas later, I've definitely seen better and much more enthralling dramas but Playful Kiss will definitely be in my heart!!!

That movie was one big bag full of tragedy.
But now that I finished watching it, I cried as much as I smiled during the movie and I would have regretted it if I didn't watch it.

Like NOOOO!
But is it worth it?
Like, I don't mind watching it if it's good.
