Thank you -- because I'm not thrilled with the casting of Yutaro either. I find him to be a pudgy, plain faced little guy, but feel like such a bitch for saying so, lol. He was good in a comedic role in "The Man Who Defied the World of BL," and when paired with the dorky writer in "Cherry Magic." But I don't think he pairs well with Kondo Shori, who's so handsome and has a rocking body!

Wow, it's been around since 1971 -- that's 50 years! Is it a weekly TV show that has the same superhero theme all the time, but just changes actors each season? I assume it changes actors each season because that's the only explanation for why so many actors have been on the show.

There must be tons of seasons of this show because I'm not kidding, every time I look up an actor's filmography, it turns out he'd been on Kamen Rider. It's as if every actor in Japan has been on this show at one time or another. lol. What is it anyway? Some kind of superhero plot?

What is it, exactly, about the show that makes you think this? I sort of agree with you because the vibe is tender and sweet, but there's no sexual tension. Then again, "Our Dating Sim" was also sweet and fluffy with no sexual heat, but they kissed. So there doesn't seem to be any real rule about this. In short, who the hell knows! LOL.

Can you tell me how they met in the past and why it was so important to Minoru that he still recalls it 2 years later? Also, did Minoru know that Yutaka was the same guy from 2 years ago when he first met him in the present giving Tane that rice ball?

It's Asian BL writers, because the author of "Addicted" posited that you'd get diarrhea from wearing damp underwear, lol. Remember how Gu Ha knew By Lu Yin's underwear were damp that day and, subsequently, bought him diarrhea medicine?

I started to watch Japanese dramas/movies 2 years ago when I'd never even heard of Kamen Rider. I still don't really know what it is; but judging by their filmographies, it's as if every male actor in Japan has to do a mandatory stint on Kamen Rider before advancing to other roles, lol.

Tane must be the slickest Matchmaker outside of Reality TV Dating Shows. After all, he's now responsible for 3 dates in a row with Minoru and Yutaka, and all they had to do was pretend that it's really Tane who keeps wanting to meet for dinner, lol

LOL, his pottery really does look like something you could pick up at the Walmart for $9.99 a piece.

I must agree with Snow Regret. A comment section is designed as a space wherein one expresses their opinion about a show. Hence, giving an opinion is simply using this space in the way for which it was specifically intended.

I subscribe to Gaga, but this show was not on Gaga. However, the new J-BL's "Naked Dining" and "Our Dining Table" are both on Gaga, so that's good.

I think it's more the fault of the actors than South Korea. Because a number of K-BL's had lovely, tender kissing scenes. There are the two K-BL's I just cited, "Long Time No See" and "Our Dating Sim." And then there's "Semantic Error," "Cherry Blossoms After Winter," " "Blueming," "You Make Me Dance," "To My Star," and "The Eighth Sense," among others. In fact, there are so many K-BL's with great kissing scenes that we really can't blame the dead fish kisses on Korean culture anymore. When I see a dead fish kiss these days, I assume the actor's unwilling to commit to his character as a gay man.

Ah, ok. But now I'm worried that if the new copyright law dismantled Bilibili, it might do the same thing for the other free sites such as Kisskh and Kissasian in the USA.

You said it sister! I was also disappointed that the show did not develop the relationship between Kim Dong Hee and Go Ho Tae. Especially because I thought they had better chemistry than the main couple. I also happen to have a thing for the Tattooed Hottie who was in "You Make Me Dance." We needed waaaay more of him!

And it goes without saying that I agree 100% on the dead fish kisses. It's not as if K-BL's are a new thing anymore. I gave the dead fish kiss in "Where Your Eyes Linger" a pass because that was an early K-BL made in 2020. Then again, "Long Time No See" was made in 2017, yet those actors committed to realistic, passionate kissing scenes. I just think that by 2023 there's no excuse for casting actors in a BL if those actors are unwilling or unable to fully commit to playing a gay character -- and that means a genuine kissing scene just as they have in hetero romances.

Now, it's not like we demand hot, heavy, grunting sex scenes all the time (although I did love it when I got such scenes in "The Pornographer" and "The End of the World With You" lol). I am perfectly ok with fluffy BL's like "Our Dating Sim" wherein the actors portrayed a tender, open mouthed kiss that was consistent with the light, fluffy vibe of the rest of the show. Indeed, "Our Dating Sim" proved that just because a show is fluffy it doesn't mean we have to get a dead fish kiss.

Yep, I had also been watching Bilibili for over 2 years when it suddenly stopped working last week. But I can get most of the same stuff on Kisskh and Kissasian, so I'm not too worried.

I see that there are 12 eps of only 20 min a pop. Does this mean that they will be dropping 2 a week, or just 1?
