I’m so sad to hear what’s happening with this series. This is definitely my most anticipated BL this year by loads. The whole situation seems chaotic and I understand why the writers felt like they had to walk away from the project. I am, however, optimistic that we will still get to watch KinnPorsche at some point in the future. I will not give up on this series! Let’s keep enduring. I think it will be worth it.
I haven’t seen the original Japanese version, but I really like this one so far! I think KK is adorable and sweet. He deserves to find happiness and I hope it’s with Tin. But I also feel the same way with Siu Muk. I love them both and whoever Tin ends up with, I’ll be happy. Edan is truly a comedic genius. I don’t think I’ve seen a funnier BL. This is one show I really cannot wait to see more of! I hope more people people discover this and it becomes popular.
Episode 6 was great. I’m new to Kimmon & Copter and I love how sweet they are with each other. You can tell they’ve got great chemistry. This was one of my favorite episodes along with MaxNat.
How do you have a whole kid and not tell your husband? I agree with others who said it really seems OOC for Damian. I guess we’ll never know whatever explanation they were planning on telling the viewers since season 2 was canceled apparently.
Overall, this was a cute series. I’d say I’d definitely rewatch this, but with that ending, I’m not sure anymore. But other than that, it was very enjoyable.
I think this has had an okay start. I need to see more to really decide if I like it or not. I do like the humor in it, so that’s a plus. And both couples seem to have chemistry with each other.
Exactly! I just couldn't enjoy the ending because of that. Like what's the point of doing a cross-over with MODC…
I saw someone say that he (Wayne Song/ Haoting) was on set for the scenes but obviously not actually in the episode. I guess one explanation is they were holding his character back from appearing because they actually are doing MODC 2. Or it could be further confirmation that Xigu is indeed dead in the series and Haoting left Taiwan to continue on with his life. I guess we’ll just have to wait for a definitive answer.
In MODC, it seems like it. However, in the original novel, the accident and fall out from it are just a dream sequence. So it’s possible that they’ll “revive” Xigu and continue on with their relationship. That’s why fans are waiting to see whether MODC will get a second season to explain what happens after the accident and show that Xigu really is alive. So again, it’s possible he’s not really dead in the series.
I’m bitter tbh. The only wedding I wanna see is between Haoting and Xigu. And you think since Haoting and Boxiang are best friends, Haoting would at least try to make his wedding. But no. I guess he was too busy abroad/traveling.
Anyway... this installment was okay. I personally don’t think Xingsi and Yongjie should have ended up together after the r*pe. Teng Teng and Licheng were a cute couple and carried the show imo. It wasn’t the best HIStory, but still enjoyable I guess.
