I do care about morals and I have said nothing to imply otherwise. I have never said that what he has done is okay (or isn't). If you think this, then you need to re-read what I have said in all my comments. All of my reponses are not about whether he is or is not guilty / immoral / whatever, but about whether the arguements used by people on MDL to accuse him are grammatical and logically valid or not. I have stated that he is not a paedophile by any definition of the word. Your problem is that you seem to think that he is. That is, you don't mind mislabelling him to show your disgust. There is nothing wrong with your disgust, per se, but with the means/false rhetoric by which you choose to show it. It may be immoral as you say - but immorality does not mean weird. I am not 'weird' for being educated. When comparing him to the average male, he is not 'weird', either. What is WEIRD is that nature allows for girls to get pregnant at about twelve years of age. Thus, we, as moral adults, have to make laws to protect minors. Think about that.
Paedophiles do not sleep with or get off on sexually mature minors - you need a different word for it - which I supplied (which annoyed you). Ironically, for a conversation not worth having, you seem intent to further it.

You can screen shot on kisskh on a laptop but I don't know about a phone. I used to screenshot on myasiantv, too, before it shut down - but it depends on the quality of the video.

Not at all. I am not justifying "weird" behaviour. As a retired teacher, I am justifying the need for education and knowledge as well as logic and good grammar. If he has broken the law; say so. Don't call him what he is not - it is libellous. Whether it is right or wrong (depending on the law of the country), it is not "weird" to have a relationship with a nineteen year old female - (if she WAS 19 at the time.) Nor does that make him a paedophile.

Why do you call him a paedo? A paedophile is not someone who is attracted to or has has sex with a person who has a sexually mature body. The closest word in meaning to one who is attracted to young females with sexually mature bodies is 'ephebophile' but even that emphasizes a persistent preference for this age group (15-19 years of age) rather than a one-time attraction to a specific individual. By labelling this man as a paedophile you are actually accusing him of being attracted to or sleeping with young children. P.S. One can not biologically get a prepubescent girl pregnant!

Actually, when people label men as paedophiles ( in this case, for example) they are actually using the term wrongly. These men are not usually paedophiles at all. A paedophile is a man or a woman who is attracted to prepubescent children Most girls of 17/18 have sexually mature bodies - even if their mental and emotional age belies this fact - hence the need for a law which protects minors. Men who sleep with minors are guilty of a crime whether legal or moral but that is not the same as paedophila.

Actually, Kayden, it is healthy to be neutral if you don't have enough information to make an unbiased jugement but it is not healthy to apologise for upsetting someone if your own comments only reflected your neutral stance but were not rude.

If they had people in their corner, and this happened to them, they would not learn a lesson from it, IMO.

Thanks. I might. But I asked because there are at least two dramas that I know of where the ML died in real life - killed off by the emperor - but the drama finished before it happens so many viewers were not aware.

Is this drama one of those which has a sad ending or is it like a couple that end before the historical character in real life dies? I have never seen it but thought that I might have a look at it.
