yes i know! cant wait! tvN midnight teaser is what i am looking forward to the most lol.... i really hope from epi 6 s2 lives up to everyone's expectations .

even though i enjoyed epi 5 the most it's disappointing to see it got the lowest ratings until now. i wished the writer made the storyline less complicated & more interesting/exciting from the start.. it seems a lot of people r disappointed & dropping it even in SK... i know some will say ratings doesn't matter but it does when it drops well over 1% without ever increasing since first epi.
i really hope the ratings picks up & viewers who dropped it comes back when we finally witness what we have been desperately missing this season.

enjoyed 5th epi..i love the duo but the trio is hilarious! there was a surprise too!
really hope the plot is finally picking up & we will see a lot more of simok & yeojin in the upcoming episodes... can't wait for tom's epi!

do you post ur fan-fiction stories anywhere? i was really into The X-Files fan-fiction years ago.. Mulder & Scully r actually my all time fav childhood tv couple... though i don't know if ever u ever watched The X-Files but SiMok & YeoJin actually reminds me lil of Mulder & Scully lol

i think i also proved my point that season 2 getting high ratings have everything to do with s1 popularity & quality than s2 being better or more interesting until now. anyways i am aware that even with 5% average ratings stranger s2 could easily be a masterpiece & win all the awards & fans appreciation like s1 but not if ratings keeps decreasing cause s1 never lost any viewerships cause it was so engrossing & addicting.
i will never judge stranger cause of ratings but my point was a show like stranger shouldn't lose a single viewer so it's important for the writing/story to keep fans glued to the screen like s1 from the beginning. it's only cause i love s1 so much & want s2 to do just as well if not better!
btw FYI first season actually premiered on june 10th 2017 which was a Saturday.

i do trust the writer cause after all she gave us hwang si-mok! i guess i was lil upset after watching 4 cause i was really looking forward to that rooftop preview scene lol...
i am also sad that we saw so less of yeojin & esp simok this season compare to last season until now. anyways i will be patient & look forward to seeing my favs in action sooner than later!

i am aware of that but why do u think the first epi got the highest ratings for a premier since mr sunshine? it's because the first season was so good & the strong fan base. but instead of ratings increasing since first episode it's been going down.anyways i don't care about ratings but at the end of day if it keeps drecresing instead of increasing i don't think we r ever getting season 3! also i think season 1 finale got double the ratings compare to the premier... if same thing happens this season then nobody's gonna be more happy than me.

was it necessary to keep such interesting leads apart & give them so less screen time for the first 4 epis to draw the bigger picture? instead hanjo group & unseen characters r getting more attention & a lot of screen time. we r die hard fans of the first season & we love these characters so we r going stick with it until the end but what about first time watchers? they will pro drop it before it gets interesting & ratings will suffer too so it's important for a drama to keep audiences hooked from 1-3 episodes.

i get this season is suppose to be different but i am having a hard time digesting simok & yeojin lack of screen time & presence .. it seems the leads ( what i loved most about s1) r playing supporting roles for now than dominating the screen like last season. i don't doubt that they are going to team up soon & the story going to get much more interesting (can't wait) but i feel like the start is a wasted opportunity...
esp for such an unique character like simok.
i feel that's why the ratings haven't increased since the first epi as well..
i am not trying to criticize s2 but i am such a huge fan that i can't help but feel very disappointed with the progress & dynamics of the leads until now.

he's one of a kind! the poor guy
deserves to have a lovely meal with yeojin asap!

yeojin hanging with her team like the old times but it was bittersweet .. at least Jang on her team now ... & of course seeing her doodle again after ages.


simok & dongjae hilarious dynamics but hope that dying comment is not foreshadowing something

simok reenacting crime scenes are my fav but that scene was rather chilling.. he needs to take better care of himself.

today's epi was more like a filler though had it's moments...veryyy excited about next epi as we will see simok & yeojin as rivals for the first time.....it seems like they r going to have their first intimate conversation of this season after a tense meeting tom. well about time as only one scene together in the first 3 epis is not done!
hope tom's epi is lil longer as S2 epis r really short.

Will Simok finally solve "The Secret Case
of the Starving Stranger" this weekend?

it was so heartwarming to see yeojin so happy after seeing simok at the restaurant.. she couldn't stop smiling! we all know simok only smiles for yeojin but it seems nobody makes yeojin as happy as him. it might not be romantic ( yet or ever LOL) but they have the best relationship.
i am confident they will overcome anything thrown at them this season together after a lil difficulty.

me too! 2 epis in & not a single one is disappointing! i hope though since her fav muse is back in town she will get her groove back!

i enjoyed 2nd epi a lot cause it was the perfect build up for the upcoming epis.
we will witness simok & dongjae working together & besties simok & yeojin on oppsite sides! how the tables have turned! very interesting new dynamics!
it's a slow burn though so if u r someone who needs action from the get go i suggest u wait until 6-8 epis out & then watch cause the pace going to pick up for sure.

s1 is a classic so definitely watch it. & yes u need to watch s1 to really appreciate, understand & connect with s2.

i also adore him just as much as last season! he's still the most fascinating & uniquely perfect prosecutor of SK!

i don't hate it but miss his dreamy wavy hair of last season!
also it's a hit & miss this season as it wasn't that great when we see him the first time at the beach but he was looking very classy & handsome the next day at the office!

i actually watched life just cause of cho seung woo so i get what u r trying to say but i still think there's going to be more to s2 as it seems the power struggles between police & prosecutors going to mess up a core case & our fav duo will team up to get justice! of course i can't be sure so let's just wait & watch! as long as the storyline does justice to 2 of my fav characters i am good!
