I love how they both meet as adults and don't have any chilhood connections, nor bossy ml and clumsy fl trope. Characters do have few flaws just like every other human and are not so the perfect person and all. No love triangle shit in main leads story. I really liked cha woo min's character not being the sml and being a really nice guy to both the leads. There is also no love triangle between the trio. The second leads story also a bit different from other second leads. They end up in a mutual friendly yet distant relationship. They both love each other and accept that still they are not going work out and move on. Tho they still support each other from afar. The brother's character is so precious tbh so is the acting , its a gem. I loved his character the most. The brotherhood is portrayed very nicely. Would describe this as ' there is no rainbow without rain and sunshine'.

I loved this!!! Im so happy that ther aunt , uncle , and mom git their karma. The scene where present wen yifen consoling past wen yifen is so beautiful and well portrayed. I cried a lot , blushed a lot while this drama. The acting of ml was amazing as always but fl's acting shocked me the most. The character of wenyifen was came alive. Sanyan was too flirty in the last eps lol 😆

I don’t mean belittle the fl acting but the character of fl which the writer wrote.

Can we stop fl character being overly aggressive on the ml. Thinks that she is the only one on the whole planet and is a saintess. Always assuming things beforehand and ending up doing something that she shouldn't. After that she asks for forgiveness only like once and easily accepted and forgived by the ml cuz the ml is perfect super strong guy that everybody is drooling over

At first i was hesitant to watch this since i never watched any medical drama before but now that i have completed it, i can say that its one of the best. Worth every second. Just waiting for s2 news now.
