He was raped by HY when HY escaped from his heat period - he unchained himself. When Sheng knew he was already in love with HY. It put him off and delayed his relationship. That was the only assault in the novel.

Im watching because of them!!! They are riveting in the story as characters and the actors Elliot and partner has amazing chemistry inside an outside screen. The 2nd CP is the opposite. Toxic no justification for one being abusive and the other lost in love (i read the novel before watching the series) and no chemistry between the actors.

I don't watch any Thai BL just because it is a BL. Some of them are rubbish or/and soft porn, but this one is decent. You won't regret it.

I totally agree with the comments against releasing one episode per week. Most of Chinese, Korean productions release two eps per week. I think (and this is my humble personal opinion) The producers are banking in keeping our interest via fan service between the week, but this is not what a series is all about. I do like the "romance" outside cameras between Elliot and his CP they are super loving but we know that this "formula" doesn't replace a drama storyline. The second CP does not have any chemistry outside screen, there is nothing to tell, at moments even both of them look clueless and a bit mortified. I have read from Chinese bloggers these two rich sisters (the producers) are trying to build an ABO "brand". Good luck if it is good business, but I wish they don't drag the whole audience into this.

Gao Tu actor is a sound professional and is putting his heart in this performance, but most of us are watching because HY and CP storyline which is riveting (I read the novel before watching the series) and also because we have an amazing chemistry between the actors of this main CP - Elliot and K in cameras and outside cameras.

I could agree more. The characters are not credible, not even in the novel that I read before watching the series. It does not help that one of the actors in this CP is not good at all, was chosen by his looks. Instead the actor as Gao Tu is pro for many years and is putting his heart on the performance. He deserved a better CP

They are a mismatch of acting abilities. Ellilot is doing brilliantly with his role, but on the other hand, Jian Heng as Shen Weng Lang was chose for his looks otherwise his acting is very lacking.The most professional offering is coming form Li Pei En as he has years as secondary actor in high production dramas.

I don't feel any sympathy for this CP. the character of Shen Wenlang is forced and the actor performance level is below the others and it does not help. there is neither a sound justification for him to behave like this (I read the novel before the series), nor for Gao Tu to be so in love. The author could have done better drawing these characters.
