This series is a very powerful account of sexual harassment, particularly of young girls. This storyline runs intertwined with the love story, which this CP makes so beautiful, between two historical times running in parallel. It is a great effort and worthy of our time. Highly recommended.

The direction is not up to scratch when Shen Wen Lang is on a desk in front of a laptop what is he doing? He is not convincing at a CEO at all, we know he is not the best actor out there but a good director could help him to sell the part better. Then is those black folder/file with two papers inside that they walk about, who carry papers using this nowadays? it makes me remember my school plays days. It is just those details that scream not attention and would not pass a good director. The editing as well it is forced, and it does not flow. I really like the series but if we are going to be analytical and picky, I pick on those details.

This drama is not distributed in China. People use foreign VPN to watch it. It has not real impact in viewing numbers there. Only in the circle of Chinese BLs watchers which in comparison to the overall c-drama viewers is nothing. The incident with Ziyu from Revenged Love is that Ziyu is a relatively known idol, he was in a group and left. People recognise him because he was in the mainstream media and is all very exaggerate it anyway. I have Chinese friends in China and if I don't mention that there is a ABO Desire series, they would have never known, but they knew Ziyu, for the reason above.

I really suggest to read the novel because there is important information missing. Eg the company HY inherited were basically mafia, drug dealers he is trying to clean the company before revealing himself to his lover that wouldnt tolerate to be associated with criminals. May i also remember people this is the Omegaverse is ruled by predators so the behaviour of HY, an enigma, it is not as shocking to his S Alpha. HY is superior in that chain. Another thing to know is that in this genre, Alphas are versatile.

What is missing from the live is the background of the company HY inherited that he rebranded as X Holdings. . They were crooks, drug dealers. He is giving himself time to clean XHoldings as SY his alpha, wouldnt tolerate criminal activities.

Well the ending was not as disastrous as people was writting. It was very sci fi. So relieved that the "virgin teacher" did not become the detective's romantic interest; that narrative would have seemed the most hideous of all. On the contrary, quite the surprise. I don't get why people see in Lee Soo Hyuk. He has a very cool presence and is attractive in his way but I don't think his acting is at the same level of other ML in K Dramas. The best was A Rin as the highschooler main character, brilliant performance, great chemistry with Lee Soo Hyuk too.

I thought the contrary after ep 4 I was not expecting much of ep 5, but it was good. I concede you one thing: the editing is not good, very amateurish.

Yes, and I am a "sinner" just like you. I watched BLs but not a lot, after a while I feel saturated of the same trope. I started with live BLs like many during COVID with The Untamed. Because I did not see/read the sexualised version of TU, I was mesmerised by the unconditional love show in the series. Then like most of us wanted to know more about the genre etc etc. but it definitely clashed with my pro LGBTQ+ views to which I am close since my late teens!

Ep 5 - I did like it. There was a good presentation of the plot in relation to the novel and all the actors showcased their skills. I have my favourites that are the main CP (Elliott and K) but we know that the sound pro actor there is Li Pei Un as Gao Tu. He has a difficult role and he delivers every time. Well done.

Well what my friends told me is that TianXuNing who I has watched before in other series, had a reputation for being a womeniser. With Ziyu, he cheated on girlfriend and he has publicly apologised for this. Cheating is taking very serious in China, so his reputation is not very good at the moment. Zhan Xuan has also has a little bit of a shake at that level. They are adults they do what they want to do, particularly XuMing and Xuan they are gorgeous and naughty. BL is an easy way to gather international fans very quickly, we know this has been the main motivation of these less known actors in the Asian countries producing BLs.
