I feel like YJ is overdoing it, like starting every conversation, smiling, talking, taking initiatives...and what…
I totally agree with you regarding YeongJu, I think he was overdoing it from the beginning. It is alright to be outgoing and cheerful, is great but he is not reading the room really and that conversation with MG was not friendly but toxic. It looks we are going to have more toxic tantrums in episode 5. Let's see. MG comes across as a very aloof guy. He is extremely handsome, as in "k drama handsome", so he would have received all sort of attention. Maybe that has shaped his character. I don't think SM is that great, "pure love" what that even means? I thing he is a good decent man, but not to light fireworks. Still he has all the right to change his mind and go for the older guy. It is his loss because Hwi is lovely and meant well.
This issue with age differences is so narrow minded. I guess in Korea age is not just a number... A pity because SM has missed his chance to have a lovely romance with a beautiful (younger) man and Hwi and SM looked so good together, that touch of fingers was my highlight in episode 1
My favourites are Hwi and SeungJin. I feel like everyone were shocked after finding out their ages and immediately…

One actor and one aspiring actor among them, if producers are watching we could see a new KBL coming 😊. They are very brave in being out of the closet because in Korea few actors are brave enough to confess they are gays.

Well explained! thank you. after so many years of reality shows from US where this has been explained many times, I thought that people understood by now. This season of His Man feels more scripted because the ex situation. It is evident the writers are intentionally creating the scenario.

We had to wait until the last two episodes to have very nice, proper Japanese BL scenes. It was a too long wait. Kiita Komagine was my reason for keep watching because he delivers a very soft very deep acting performance and I am going to follow his career. His eyes are beautiful and expressive. Taisuke Niihara was a bit of a let down until those scenes in the last episodes. He really came to being. He is not suited to mousy characters. He thrives in passionate commandeering characters and when he was given the chance the chemistry with Kiita finally showed
It annoys me when characters don't get to the point when a secret is discovered. Forget the let me explain, I'm…
Deeply annoying, the situation called for the mom to shout out if necessary what happened and incriminated NY mom for the cruelty against her, straight away but we need to way other 40 eps for that?
He is been acting from 2020 but in supporting roles. I think this series as main character and top ratings is his big break. I am so looking forward to see him as main lead in future dramas
Love the series from the first minute to the end. The acting level by all the cast was superior, and the script very sound. The cinematography blew my mind, the sensuality of the scenes even in those where romance/intimacy/CPs were not involved was amazing. My two top actors in this series were Wu Ji Jan, our mesmerising FL and his cruel husband played by Liang Yong Qi, both were so deep in their acting that I felt they could break. I wonder why Yong Qi has not been in more series, he deserves to shine. When both were together in a scene whether in their happy times or reliving horror or longing, they were riveting. Follow them very close: Meng Li playing his psychopathic princess lover is an award winning actor and when the script let her shine she was outstanding, the episode recounting her terrible treatment before and during his long captivity was on another level. Wang Xin Yue at 22 manage to pull these mature characters like rabbits from a hat. This is an actor who will keep rising. From the rest of the cast, Taiwanese top actor Chen Chiao En as the evil step mother did a brilliant job. I am going to miss this series very much.
Some people are a bit worried about the preview of ep 3 but we have to be realistic that gay/bisexual men are a minority, and they are bound to know each other in Seoul. Particularly most of those who participate in His Man franchise have "influencer" aspirations, some have YouTube channels or are somehow linked to fashion/entertainment business. So it is even a smaller group. Season 1 the drag queen and the dancer knew each other. Season 2, the ex of JS was in Season 1 and I am sure some of them knew the owner of the gay club but they did not say. If people have met in the past they may have had flings but the programme writers are going to make a big deal so let's enjoy the ride. The programme is scripted as all "reality" shows are so let's see how they build the narrative. I am excited for this season too.
It seems that I am the only one who wants the marriage of HS & NY.Actually I hate the idea of NY getting what…
I think, as a good soap opera, NY is actually changing her character and being protective of her future child forgetting her ambitions. It looks she wants to be different from her mother
