Ep 5 - Shoma Nagumo playing Yamase brought some sparks to the ep, fab visuals too but my hero in this series is Hayama and he was quite opaque in this ep. We were waiting for "that kiss" but it was a "traditional" JBL kiss and I was expecting kissing at the level of My Beautiful Man, Personal Weatherman, Old Fashion Cupcake, so though the emotion was there I felt a bit disappointed.

Ep 36 - looks so promising, they are living in the same patch now and she has rescued herself from the horrible obnoxious ex-fiancé. She is finally among nice people (and her mum!) but with 80 plus episodes still to go, I am not celebrating yet...I am sure this is going to be ups and downs all the way and "getting together" and aspiration for us viewers even if they are sharing "the same patio"!

This is a classic of the genre. I have watched a dozens of times and it never fails to uplift my soul and warm my heart. Don't pay any attention to the rating and watch it. It is a total treat. This is the second part bringing the last days of "this week". It is full of tension but much sensuality too. The interaction of this CP is on another level. This is the time when teenagers were played by actors in their 20s and kisses were superficial. It does not matter at all. James Yamada as Yuzuru, straightforward and full of emotion. I love his face. Tomoki Hirose with his aloof beauty and gentle demure is the perfect counterpart. The chemistry of these two is iconic as it is a time when BLs were not as overt as Japanese BL are at present. So all merit to the actors. It is a must-see.

That moment at the gates of the school is sweet, funny, sensual, just staring at each other. The interaction of this CP is super. James Yamada is riveting as Yuzuru, straightforward and full of emotion. His jealous outburst by the end of "Monday to Thursday" is accelerating. I love his face. Tomoki Hirose with his aloof beauty and gentle demure is the perfect counterpart. At moment his movements are too overacted but it does not make a detriment to chemistry of this two. A must seen.

Ep 4 - another nice sensual scene, one!, that's all. I am still watching only for the lovely Kiita Komagine (Asami) what a sweet actor and character. His presence warms the screen and my heart 😊

This series has 120 episodes!? I gather we won't see our leads getting together any time soon. I hope I am mistaken because they are the only reason why I am watching this so so drama.

Very happy to see that Lee Ha Nee won the Best Female Actor award. Her acting was outstanding, in Knight Flower and her comedy timing was perfect. Around the world, including Hollywood, comedy actors are often over looked for major acting prizes, so it is refreshing to see her winning. By the way, she also received another nomination in the film category. So well deserved.
