Somebody has written a better post than me about this. e.g. the teacher situation, he should have spoken with Non about it, he never did, he recorded it and whether he posted it or not that was a lousy behavior all the same. The bullying he never actually tried to stop it firmly. Maybe he could not but he continues being best friends with the abusers. If he was properly disgusted by the bullying he should have stopped being friend with them, leave the projects, he could have done so many things to distance himself from the abusers.
