It's Not Worse Only Because It's Short

From the start, I watched this BL with low expectations, influenced by the comments. On top of that, I was already hesitant because it's a bilingual drama, which rarely works well (as was the case with Peach of Time). Unfortunately, my intuition was right. The plot is weak, many scenes are cringeworthy, and for such a short drama, too much time is wasted on irrelevant moments that add nothing to the story.

The Korean actors in the main cast seem to have potential for other BLs, but the script doesn’t do them any favors. Mew, for example, comes across as a bad actor here, which doesn’t match his real ability. Also, maybe I missed something, but the title mentions a cat, yet there isn’t one in the drama.

In the end, it's not a total disaster. The cinematography is good, the costumes are decent, and the cast is talented. However, the script is terrible, and the only saving grace is that the short runtime prevents it from being even worse. A disappointment for Mew's fans who had high hopes for this BL.
