The synopsis doesn't really do the show justice. There's no over the top unrealistic hidden truth for the sake of shocking viewers. Sure, there's a secret, but it won't make you roll your eyes. It's more about how the girls stories all fit together and about the small character moments. It's a quiet and heartwarming show.
Just don't read the synopsis. It doesn't actually spoil the end, but it gives you too much info and a wrong impression.

If filming starts in October and they plan to air in November, won't they end up live shooting for the latter part? I know that's common in Asia, but I always thought it's unusual for the US, so I wonder if it wouldn't put too much pressure and reduce quality.

I think it's a nice watch, but certainly not the best drama ever. There are some totally unnecessary hospital politics and the writing is fare from subtle, but overall it's a sweet and heartwarming story. If you don't like Joo Won cuz of 7th Grade Civil Servant, don't worry: He's great here (and in everything else he did other than 7th Grade).
I also wouldn't recommend this to anyone in search for a romance, as the love story rather takes a backseat (which is just fine for me though - I kinda wish they'd drop the love line).

I just saw a preview and it looks dark and gripping. Hope it turns out well!

It doesn't really matter to reveal it anyway, cuz all the higher ups are kinda the same. We know at least one's corrupt, but I don't care at all about who it is, so the reveal had no impact at all.

When they found the wallet I also thought she would see him cuz of the item connection. I guess it has to be a 'lost item'...
