I always go from Stage 1: Dazed and feeling empty straight to Stage 7: Acceptance.
But the Dazed Stage can be pretty long, the longest being Gaksital. I still feel the after effects...

Hakuba is no comedy and rather quiet. It's all romance and while it's closer to reality than most rom-coms, so far it didn't show much depth. The setup has possibilities for that though. Here's hoping it makes use of them.

Henshin Interviewer is interesting for me if it's ONE complicated case and not a new one each ep. But sadly it seems like a procedural, too, and those often stay on my on-hold list for a loooooooong time.

If I think about it, I also watch mostly comedies right now. Weird season, weird season...

Why do you keep your plan to watch dramas in your dropped list instead of the plan to watch list? xD

49 also surprised me, because I didn't expect it to be good, but it's quite interesting. Kinda funny how those dramas I had high hopes for turned out bland and others which totally weren't on my radar are the ones I enjoy xD

Kame's and Ryo's dramas both have the same problem for me: they are the kind were you have new characters with a new problem each week. You have to have interesting cases to make for a good show and both dramas lacked that... and I prefer not to watch procedurals anyway. But I still can't help wanting to watch cuz I like both guys^^

Ando Lloyd is action/sci-fi/romance rather than a straight out comedy, but it's funny anyway. From the first ep I can't predict if it will go the angst or the comedy way. It's fancy with relatively well done special effects and has an interesting world, so it's enjoyable.

Still in the middle of trying & deciding xD There are a few boring ones, but also some that look really promising. Though right now there's none I'm absolutely and totally in love with. So far, I like Ando Lloyd and Dokushin Kizoku best. I'm also enjoying 49, fortune-telling shop and Hakuba no Oujisama, but no con kid, tokyo toy box and tokyo bandwagon are boring.
I tried out way too much again... v_v I always tell myself to just watch the 1st ep of everything that seems interesting and then decide what to watch and what to drop. But I suck at dropping, so I just end up watching most stuff anyway ^^"
What about you? Which new ones do you like/look forward to?

Somehow, I thought it would be more fun...and it wasn't. Well, they are only at episode 2, so I'll keep watching…
I thought so, too! Almost all of ep 2 was kinda unnecessary... but judging from the preview, it gets more interesting next ep, so I'm not giving up hope yet!

I just watched the raw on dailymotion, but it's just not my kind of drama =( It was kinda slow and boring and they try too hard to convey a message, including all-solving moral speeches. Not a very promising first ep, but I'll try watching for Kame...

I think you have strong female leads in basically all the noona romances, my favorite being Jang Hye Sung from recent I hear your voice.

Great article! You're so right, whiny leads without backbones are SO frustrating to watch!

Its interesting so far. I like for a change, that the female lead is quiet/serious and not quirky and cute like…
Agreed! It also makes the whole drama feel more realistic.

I just tried the first ep on a whim and wasn't really expecting anything, but it made me laugh out loud several times already within the first 5 minutes and kept being a lot of fun till the end. Great start, I'm definitely hooked!!
