You should definitely add this to your favorites. I loved how they focused on Ji-won’s life. While her personal relationships weren’t explored deeply, her childhood trauma and character were portrayed with professionalism and depth.
Yoon-jin’s character was very sweet; I loved her scenes and her smile. I didn’t like removing her boyfriend in season two, but overall, the focus on her work life and challenges in the company was good.
Adding Cho Yeon was nice. Even though I was attached to Ye-na, Yeon fit well with the rest of the friends.
Yi-on’s journey of healing was beautiful, and her relationship with her boyfriend was nice, though I didn’t fully understand his issues—whether they stemmed from bullying or psychological problems. This made it feel like she stayed With him because he is harmless..even though he wasn’t fully aware of his feelings.
The series handled major issues professionally, but some subplots and romantic relationships didn’t get enough attention. Ji-won’s thoughts and her friend’s struggles were touched on but not in detail.
Lastly, the new actress playing Ong-jae wasn’t suitable. She’s physically attractive, but her acting was over-the-top compared to the original, who felt natural in the role. It would have been better if the character left and the new actress played a different role, like Cho Yeon, rather than replacing the original.
