fr I think we're just gonna end up crying every Sat and Sun at this point like it's going to be a ritual thing until we get over it (IF we get over it)
The way she pulled off that golden/yellow dress will never not be iconic for me, but then again I'm not surprised like she would literally look good in a trash bag sooo
This show has destroyed me emotionally in the best way possible. I couldn't help but cry a river when Moon Young…
Same!! That scene had me bawling istg and I was trying so hard not to cry too bc I had my skin care on lmao but I failed miserably.
I also loved how she didn't go up to talk to him to the very end. I really didn't expect that bc that almost never happens in k-dramas. They usually go and say their last words and vent out their frustrations and hatred , so this was really new. Not everyone can forgive and not everyone deserves to be forgiven. Even though it's heartbreaking, I loved how they showed us this narrative!
I've been silent for too long and I just can't hold this anger in anymore so I'll just express my annoyance about smth and go
THAT BITCH LITERALLY RUINED THE DRAWING TF WHO DRAWS A BUTTERFLY THIS UGLY ONTO A PAINTING THIS BEAUTIFUL UGHHHHH LIKE IT LOOKS LIKE A FLATTENED SAC I'M LIVIIDDDDDD
I'm over KT taking his frustration out on MY. He's going through something and I get that but he should be more…
Honestly, same. He takes bouts of his pent-up anger on her, and I'm sick of seeing it, which is exactly why he needs therapy. He can't just keep holding everything in like that, it's unhealthy for him and the people surrounding him (specifically MY).
I've been very understanding of everyone's traumas and mental health so far, but now we're at a point where the characters have already discovered their deep-rooted traumas and became disillusioned to them, so why hasn't therapy/counseling been brought up to anyone but ST yet? Like they all need it. And they all have access to it (they already work in the hospital).
okay but they all need therapy especially GT and MY. ESPECIALLY GT. The way he holds everything in is so unhealthy like I'm genuinely tired for him. My heart feels so heavy for him.
Since we're all sharing our Park Ok Ran theories. I actually don't think she's related to Moon Young or her family…
Honestly same. At first, I had my doubts about her but then they kept throwing hints at us to make it actually seem like she's genuinely her mother, and ever since they did that I stopped buying it lol. That's too easy and kind of early for a 'big reveal'.
The redundance of "who do you like more? Me or him/her?" really goes to show how they're all reliant on each other which is really toxic and goes to show the characters' insecurities. I love how they emphasize on that and how the director explained to MY that that question isn't as simple as they make it out to be with one clear answer. You could like so many people in so many different ways equally.
Since idk how to talk about this ep I'll just talk about how much I love Ju Ri now like I genuinely love her character so much. She started growing on me a few eps ago but this ep really showed me how much I care for her :(
Actually, most Hans Christian Andersen and Grimm's fairy tales were all dark in nature. They were kinda "romantised"…
Oh! I didn't know that! That's very interesting, I wonder what effect these fairytales would've had on children if they weren't romanticised... Thank you for bringing it to my attention! xx
Oh ⊙.☉ I had to edit this just in case that 'oh' is taken in the wrong way haha. That was totally meant to be comedic and not targeting someone's preference/opinion. Bc aye if you think that it's a let down then that's completely fine, I personally can't relate whatsoever, but that's the whole point of subjectivity and opinions xx
I LOVE how MY's re-interpreting all these classic fairytales from her perspective!! If we dig deeper into every fairytale, we'd find that most of them (if not all tbh) are actually pretty damn toxic, and this is exactly why I love retellings so much.

oof anyways I can't wait for today's episode :)

This is how product placements should be done smh
