this was good, the whole purpose of the story is to tell how the system works and it nailed it, it was raw and just sad to see 9/10 for me

Yes indeed, jun jo is just the cherry on top and everything you said is spot on, not to mention the phenomenal acting ! It’s the type of historical drama I’ve been waiting to watch for years.

It truly is and knowing history behind it makes it even sadder, the word sad tho is an understatement, I’m so invested in the drama the romance and what ever feelings it brings. it’s just great, the comedy at the start was a great way of luring more of us but I will ultimately stay til the end come what may

i personally think we got explanation on the tattoo and deeper insight as to why duk im's rejecting him the whole time and it carved the way for him to be crowned as king cause no way king yeongjo is gonna let go of sole heir, and of course this is a realistic episode . that's how things went down back then with all those conspiracies if one was the sole heir of a dying /old king .. i wasn't expecting an easy ascending to the throne especially with this story yeongjo, sado, and lee san.

great episode today, it was in no way a filler and carved the way for many things, then again they are telling a historical story and they are doing it justice, i mean it's a saeguk so y'all should've known what you're getting yourselves into ...

yes it definitely feels like it needs more episodes or a second season but i doubt they would do that

this actor is just one of the best scene stealers ever , i love his acting . he's amazing as king yeongjo

she was amazing in kill me heal me that nothing of her new works or roles could ever make me like her less. people only commenting about her looks fail to see how good of an actress she truly is
