For those who haven't seen Princess Agents, this will probably be difficult to understand. They summarize PA in 12 minutes and expect you to feel empathy, hatred, and nostalgia for the characters? It will be a long road for this drama 😅
Now it all depends on the screenwriters; I don't even expect it to be a story focused on FL anymore, not with Didi in the first billing. I hope it's at least like The Glory and brings a new story and is more interesting (I doubt it)🥲
PD: Why set the story in the Wei-jin period? That's a pretty heavy type of clothing to wear (literally) and it doesn't suit everyone.
For anyone wondering, yes, this drama should have a happy ending! It’s based on the completed novel The Daily…
I'm sure it'll have a happy ending, but I doubt it'll be that smooth. In the novel, most of the conflicts we see in the drama don't exist. MZY didn't give a damn that WZ was Mr. Cat, he's more upset that she was hurt (plus he loves her too much to care), and WZ doesn't care that he's a celestial master because she generally gets along with them.
I can only remember one occasion when the first episode of a drama felt so terrible—lacking coherence and extremely rushed. I knew many things from the novel would be changed, but I didn’t expect the essence of the story to be removed or shifted (somewhat) to the male lead. Where is our powerful general? And let’s not even talk about the overall story or its pacing.
It rumors, that in the second part we will see not only the reincarnation of the Goddess of Flowers, but also…
We should see the princess of the fox clan since she will be part of the group that will save NingYan when XPF attacks him and Nanzhi is vital to the plot. Let Lin'an have her fair share, no more or less.
I really like Tian Xiwei, but Lin’an feels so forced in this adaptation! It seems like all of Ning Yan’s intelligence and sharpness disappear whenever he interacts with her. It took him about 15 episodes to realize she wasn’t Huaiqing—how am I supposed to believe everything that happens next? Honestly, as an adaptation, it disappointed me, but I don’t think it’s a bad drama. I’m worried that by giving Lin’an more relevance (when in the later volumes of the novel, she practically disappears), they might take away Mu Nanzhi’s spotlight.
I understand that making a spin-off of another character would involve major spoilers for the plot of the second season, but seriously, YQH? Personally, I don't think it adds anything to the story. Rather, I'm worried that it might lead to significant changes in the main series that have nothing to do with the novel.
a simple but refreshing xianxia. no sadomasochistic love, lies to take care of yourself, SML with a sick love, villains just because, or a thousand meaningless reincarnations. simple, cute, fun without pretending to be more than what it is. (beautiful costumes and scenery).
It is obvious that the Xianxia have not been for me for a long time. They do not do anything new or at least stand out from their predecessors and that bores me, it does not imply that the drama is bad, but it is not for me.
I hope it's at least like The Glory and brings a new story and is more interesting (I doubt it)🥲

more or less.
