I heard that they lived through 3 life times and the last one was in the human realm.

Why does everyone find 2ml annoying? Maybe because i watched A dream within a dream before this, this 2ml seems…
As a novel reader I will admit some of my dislike is from the novel. But in this case just like many other shows the 2ml may love the fl but do they understand her. Thats the question one should ask. She has said one multiple instances that she does not need him a blaze a trail for her. But he is still doing it. He may do thing that shows that he cares but somethings he does puts her in danger.
Him asking for her to get a promotion becoming general wu'an even tho its just an empty title (an empty title she did not want that she wanted to be on the same level as he rufei. getting promoted through her own means)
he yan even tho she was in the army she did not have an official position. like a position in court. if it they find out that she is a woman they could accuse her of deceiving the emperor which would get her killed. thats why cheng was like he doesnt know if this is a bless or curse (something like that) afterwards
also remember what his maid said by doing this it will make the xu guy suspect something
by asking for the promotion he is putting her in danger

The hate on FL should be outdated after episode 9. He Yan was not all the ludicrous names some viewers (mostly…
A lot of what ppl are complaining about were answered in the drama whether directly or indirectly.

I love the ending so much... All characters got what they deserved...Since this is a war novel... Of course, there's…
I cried when Yan He died even more when his wife founded out and even more in their side stories

For those who are mad when Xiao Jue protects He Yan...Just so you know, He Yan was happy to receive his protection...Excerpt…
People just finish any reason to hate. She was literally bleeding all over and still kept fighting until she knew that everyone would be safe.

The ml had not seen her for years. And when he did he was not in a proper state (on the battlefield and his father…
He Rufei is going to kill those who were close to her bc they would notice and also they were suspected a change in their general behaviour.

I honestly didn't like it. Firstly, I know it's fiction, but even so, it's hard to swallow that no one noticed…
The ml had not seen her for years. And when he did he was not in a proper state (on the battlefield and his father just died) he was her (him He Rufei) again in court and I think you know what happens. Her family knows about the switch to they dont count. The people in her army have not seen her so they dont know (spoiler below).

About them not knowing she was a woman before. Everyone though she was just small in size and a late developer. Remember she was at war for years so in their minds she finally grew and started to look like a "man".

Also I disagree I dont think Bai Xu is a better fit for the role. And if we are being realistic Ryan Cheng could not play a villain role because ppl would justify the things his character does bc he is handsome. And hate on the fl. Im not saying that Bai Xu is bad looking.

edit: Bai Xu doesn't have the same charm for the role. Idk how to explain it. RC actions fit his character so perfectly and he wasn't like your typically cold hearted ml, he had emotions under that. And not many actors can pull that off. Apart from his cold face you can see his emotions in his eyes and micro expression. That sounded very weird to say "in his eyes"

does the FL brother, the general not know how to fight?
No he can't. At least not very good. He was also jealous of her

What puzzles me is how had she risen to the level of all powerful general without grooming 'her people' who are…
They never saw her face. Yes I don't understand the different in voice and built. But he is going to kill those who were close to her in the army

It was said that she (who they think is a man) has some kind of defect. And that's why she is so small compared…
I hope so too. Bc i hate that trope so much.

Again they would never expect a woman to go to war. And pink lips yes I understand. But it doesn't necessary mean that you are a woman. Bc in some shows I have watched the man have pink lips(looks the same as hers) . And I don't think her lips are that pink

Actually, that's not a plot hole. They were respecting Confucianism (even ML gives her a lecture on the "keeping…
He didn't let her join the military she ran away bc they were going to marry her off to a female and she though that was not fair to her (idr her name). He Rufei was set to come back but she did not know. Her brother had no training its bc they didn't think he would have to go back to the battle field bc the country was at a state of peace (when he took back his place). But peace does not last forever. But did something in the war that's kinda of a big spoiler so I wont say anything

Are you trying to say bc she has long hair (longer than men hair) she looks like a girl. There are many shows where men and women hair are roughly the same length. Yes men do put it in a bun but they also wear it down a lot

ok, someone please explain to me: why did her father force her to be a boy (pretend to be her brother), yet somehow…
What happened was her brother (actually cousin) was born to he eldest son of the He family she was born to the second son. They were born at the same time, but the son was born sick. The He family was facing decline and they needed a son to (idk how to explain that part but remember its historical and men were preferred over women) in order to keep their family status they sent their son away to get treatment and had He Yan take his place. They told everyone that He Yan was born sick and sent to a temple to live. She was raised in the Eldest son's house btw. And they made her where a mask to hide the true bc one day the son (I forgot his name) will come back. When she was 15 they planned a marriage between He Refui (who is actually He Yan) she though this was not fair to the girl. being tricked into marrying another woman so she ran away and joined the army. she made great contributions and was given a title. when she returned to the capital her brother took her place. her brother was set to come back to the capital for the marriage but she did not know that. it was not bc they need military achievements. they needed a son to stay in the capital and He Yan was that son bc their actually son was sick. after her military achievements they used that to stay. making He Refui (I really idr his name) take her place and so that their family can live in glory. He Yan had never shown her real face btw.

Here's the thing, as a novel reader, 'Rebirth of the Star General' is my least favourite of the author's works.…
I heard they cut out some scene due to censorship
