I am sorry but even with traumas in life, it's up to individual people whether they choose to hurt others (Sua) or hold it in or try to stand up for themselves occasionally (FL). I just simply could not feel sorry for Sua even with that back story, like so many people would adore her, but she just chose to hurt everyone, ruining their relationships.

I really enjoyed how ML was rebutting Hyun Sua's remarks and putting her down because of her fake behavior, while others were sucking up to her because "oh she's so pretty"! The FL lead was a good girl, but strange, how she was not able to speak except for "What?" joined by a stupid expression most of the times :D Tho I was happy that at least at the end of the drama, their relationship (ML + FL) started to look like a real one, even the small kisses looked natural. And the relationship between Woo Young and ML was cute :D Woo Young was great, also Hyun Jung was a great friend, tho I was surprised how the FL was not completely honest to her right away in some situations, hiding stuff from her. I hated Hyun Sua and did not understand why at the end there were still people caring for her.

I think Cordon was a great character, not joining in on stupid sous-chef gossips or brown-nosing to him...I suppose he would go for Bong Sun if she would not go out with chef, but since he liked her (and him as well) as a person, he wanted them to be happy.

Ok, I have finally finished the drama and overall, I really liked it, especially Soon Ae's character and the ML...seriously, he is one of the few main leads I really liked, especially how caring he was. Jo Jong Suk's expressions were great, he could convey a lot of the feelings naturally (since some of the actors tend to have about 3-5 expressions they change throughout a drama, although this is usually worse for FLs, especially those considered cute & beauties), well, he had a lot of them. All in all, this was sweet & sad at the same time (I felt so sad for how & why Soon Ae died).

eh, more than for a half of the drama, Gi Yeong has this disgusted face when speaking. Even though Tae Yeon is a trashy man, if she was a bit nicer to him in the beginning, not flipping over everything, they might have ended up differently...and he is an idiot that is trying to look cool in the beginning, not admitting his feelings, and then he is just trash...I cannot like a single character here LOL

I never get it why Gi Yeong was really fighting for herself in the beginning, and suddenly became this pushover pathetic woman. Although she portrayed herself as a mother for which her child was everything, I would say she was neglectful a lot. And why she had to live in that expensive apartment, not leaving the fancy area, rather than going somewhere else and at times hiring someone to watch her child?
Also her son mostly knew only her, and suddenly he is kidnapped and asks for his mom only few times, being obedient to strange ppl. Why a little kid like that would not make a fuss out of everything, crying all the time for his mum? He made it so easy for that rich sleazy bunch.

ok, ML revealing in ep. 13 that he actually liked FL from the beginning when she started working there, this does not make any sense, this is really forced. Seeing how she grew up and understanding it does not equal to attraction or love (rather more like understanding your friends?), he was still attracted to the ghost part much more and creeped out at the thing as well, suddenly after seeing her grandma, he confesses he liked her from the start, who was clumsy and could only apologize staring at the ground? oh boy, why....

Other things that are funny since they do not add up...when Bong Sun / Sun Ae talks to Seon Woo through the wall, they are not speaking loudly, and he hears her quiet responses, yet when she speaks loudly with the ghost behind the same wall, he does not hear anything :D Also, how this creepy cop comes into her room and throws her stuff around, and she does not notice a thing when coming back :D
Also, she is supposed to be super poor, since she cannot even pay for her room even while working...but she has the Lancome powder :D product placement at its best.
This might seem like I don't enjoy the drama, I really do, but I just had to write it down somewhere, maybe some of you could relate :D

And Bong Sun was not timid, that is not the right word, she was unable to speak and lacked sense a lot...but I cannot see really why such a guy as ML would fall for a girl giving him sh*t and annoying him terribly because he does not want to sleep with her on their first date. Like how could I respect such a girl :D Like both extremes of FL personality were nothing to fall in love with...

I am still watching the drama, so I would not comment or complain about the ending yet :) There are things that I really enjoy...e.g. when Sun Ae puts aside the sex thing and we see her deeper side, or how Seon Woo is cute when he changes into this guy in love...Since he is described as conceited, I expected someone arrogant like a typical ML, but I would say he is not that at all, and we could see it from the start, he was rarely angry or prickly without a reason, and he cares about his employees and was just. Who irritates me actually is the sous-chef guy, bullying others when he feels like it. And Cordon is cute :)

wasn't it more like she was possessed when they started kissing, but the ghost left in the middle so Bong Sun could enjoy it herself perhaps?

Somehow she was a part of 3 dramas I have randomly chosen to watch at around the same time, and in all 3 dramas she played a different kind of role, and all were believable! And she is also really cute in Oh My Ghostess :)

But I wanted to see an ending where Yun Woo and Ji Na would end up together. The ending was very open, some people mentioned here Season 2, which would be fine...but not with different actors for me.

I just really like Park Hyung Shik as an actor, and this has just confirmed it. Jang Dong Gun was charming too, and the villains were sleazy. Although sometimes I got a bit lost in the law stuff, it was enjoyable to watch. I haven't watched the US version, but the Korean main guys just seem much more charming to me, the US leads just did not attract me and make me interested to watch it :D

I love him in Stranger!

I discovered doramas in 2009/2010, a few years later moved to Kdramas more, thus I tend to like the "older" J-actors acting around that time, I don't even know the younger guys :D

My favorite is Ikuta Toma, who sadly did not make the list here :D
Other favorite actors: Kame, Sato Takeru, Miura Haruma (RIP :( ), Nagase Tomoya, Nagayama Eita

Seeing Miura Haruma's name and picture here is like seeing movies with Paul Walker - I'm happy to watch them, but it makes me sad every time...

It stopped with Seon Nyeo going to see Deu Ro before going to the army, and ep. 11 starts with 3 years later :D And I am lost about what happened in between...

Can somebody please tell me what happened at the end of episode 10?
Netflix took down the drama so I did not manage to finish it, and I could not find the last 10 mins anywhere...thanks!

well, seems like still there are people who like it, but I would not want to waste the time and energy to respond this same thing to everyone under this drama

everyone can have their opinion and think about the leads' characters differently, tho I do not think you can say everyone loved it the same way you did, I am sure even in 2013 there were people of my opinion :D
