Title Mr. Queen Spoiler
so the romance is basically a BL ?
I believe you could see it in the end too that Bong Hwan saw him as a friend or was his "fan", not romantically interested in him.

I did not see it that way, rather that Bong Hwan dominated So Yong's body, but not completely all aspects of her, her love for Cheol Jong was so strong that her feelings were still there, perceivable for Bong Hwan as well, the same as he acquired her memories over time.

The question that Kim Gi Tae asked at the end, who does the reporter lady think benefited the most from everything,…
I am afraid I do not remember after this time :D Since I have watched several different dramas in the meantime, but I have not watched season 2 yet...

I have watched only 2 episodes so far, but this synopsis part does not feel correct?
"Transfer student Jun Woo arrives at school with a heavy past, having been expelled for his involvement in bullying. Class president Hui Yeong extends a warm welcome, but Jun Woo rebuffs his kindness, feeling overwhelmed by Hui Yeong's popularity."

Especially the last sentence, I did not get the feeling that Jun Woo simply dismisses Hui Yeong's kindness due to his popularity, it is as if I am watching something else? :D

On Because This Is My First Life Jul 17, 2024
I liked this drama, it was easily watchable. I would say the first part was more funny, the second part got probably more serious, and first I was laughing at the "robotic" interactions with Se Hee, but then later it gets frustrating, like maaan, please just say what you feel already. As for the second and the third couples, I liked the guys more, Ho Rang was quite childish for the most part (I do not like it when the girl is like "I need to make childish hints that he needs to propose to me" - if he wants to marry you, then he will, if he is not proposing, either ask him about his opinion of marriage or think about finding someone else, but don't act like a stupid girl). As for Soo Ji, I did not like her "tough act" in front of everyone, even when she had a boyfriend already. I agree that the guys in the office were pigs, but c'mon, don't be surprised that they are eyeing you out or that they have remarks when you go around without a bra (comfort is one thing, but would you like everyone to see e.g. your naked ass through clothing and then complain about harassment? I have found this stupid from her). I started to like her only after she opened up more. As for Ji Ho, she was fine, but tended to resolve stuff very similarly to Se Hee, which means not saying anything basically :DI liked the fact that they did not make CEO Jung Min hateful or some kind of a manipulator.

I have not watched other dramas of her, but watching Producers (before I dropped it), she had this pissed and…
So I have finished the drama, and I think her acting was ok? She had more expressions later in the series, but overall I was not so hyped for this drama like others probably :D

Title My Mister Spoiler
His wife having an affair was not ok at all either, but others just felt sorry for him, like how could she betray…
The last episode was sad for the most part, but I mean, did they have to spend around 45 mins for the funeral? Again it took away some sadness for me and instead felt dragging.
I also disliked like Ji An was simply just ordering Dong Hoon around throughout the drama by stating that he should buy dinner and drinks for her. Again, rude! And he obliged, which for me was not nice of him, but stupid, especially when he did that instead of coming home to his wife (he did not know about the affair yet then).

His wife having an affair was not ok at all either, but others just felt sorry for him, like how could she betray such a great man, but he was far from perfect, he rather stayed out drinking than going home to his wife, and she felt she never would mean more to him than drinking with his brothers and friends, plus they barely communicated at home at all. While others described him as super nice, he seemed aloof around his wife. All in all, I was happy to finally finish this drama, because I felt it was really overrated, I just wanted to see how the characters would end up.

Title My Mister
It started off slow, then it got interesting so I was hooked, and then it got super dragging. 1:15 for each episode was just too much (more than 1:30 for the last one) - although the story was sad and complex, the episodes were for me just full of fillers, which I pretty much skipped in the later episodes and I did not miss a thing - the mostly good-for-nothing brothers screaming or just staring somewhere or fighting, the drinking scenes in the Jeong Hui's bar, the scenes where a person walks or drives in a car and says nothing and you are just staring at their faces for two minutes, etc. These scenes just took the momentum away for me. Apart from that, I probably saw the story and characters a lot more differently than others or what it was supposed to be understood like (or what the writers felt people should feel like?). I get it that Ji An had a tough life, I just disliked her for being rude to everyone around her by default. Even when people were nice, she was just quiet or rude, and simply missing basic manners (I felt like she started to say things like "sorry" and "thank you" only in the last maybe two episodes). She could not have expected ppl around her being fond of her e.g. at work when she behaved like that. So in my head I just could not justify her actions (her hurting innocent people because she has debts is simply not ok). For the same reason I could not understand Dong Hoon justifying her actions and just feeling sorry for her.

Title Oh My Baby Spoiler
I enjoyed this all in all, but of course not all of the aspects. I was seriously annoyed by the supposedly 2nd…
Also it was funny how FL was just trying to have a baby through different means, then she met a guy who loved her and she seemed happy and even told him that she does not want to push him into anything and that she would choose him (and I think she was even saying this when having a baby is in question, because she felt he does not like kids), and how he is the most important to her, and suddenly when she learns he also has a fertility problem, she feels it's over for them. Were her feelings then not real, or did she felt like even if she would have a fertile partner, she would manage to get pregnant 100%? I mean I get her struggle, but how would she feel if she met a partner who had no fertility problem, wanted a kid, acting like he loved her, and she could still not have a baby and the partner would leave her because of it? I get it that ML should have told her in the beginning, but still the way she reacted was not nice. I was also annoyed by the artificial break-up from the ML's side towards the end (they just need to do it in a drama). The ending episode was not that enjoyable for me. I was trying to see if they got married, had a kid, how did they manage that, but the whole episode basically concentrated on her career or other people, and then at the end they just suddenly hint she is pregnant and well, in the epilogue she goes to the hospital before the labor. Before watching the show, I thought this is going to be about the struggle to choose or find the right partner, to get pregnant, but that we would also see her raising the kid, but no, which was a bit disappointing for me.

Title Oh My Baby
I enjoyed this all in all, but of course not all of the aspects. I was seriously annoyed by the supposedly 2nd male lead, like this is one of the drama character types I really hate - the people that feel entitled to ruining some moments or just putting themselves where they are not needed / wanted because they have some feelings towards the other person. Clearly he could see FL likes the ML, but no, he just kept showing up on their dates etc. (I never understood why FL always told him where she was when the 2nd ML was calling her during dates, at that point, I would be angry at her if I was the first ML).
I enjoyed the moments between FL and ML, they were sweet and cute, I liked their chemistry. This is my second time seeing Go Jun in a drama (the other one being Misty, where he played a different kind of character), and I really enjoyed how he portrayed the manly type of a guy that can be really cute and smiley as well.

On Love like a K-Drama Jul 1, 2024
I have enjoyed watching this, but the acting part, especially the auditions were a bit cringeworthy for some pairs (mostly male actors). From the male participants, I liked Woo Shik the most, from girls maybe Ayano (even though I did not understand her partner of choice, I did not really like him), or Rio (she was funny when she was drunk LOL). I get it why people here do not understand what was the point of this experiment, when they seem to be falling in love (either scripted or not), but they just know this is the end, since they are just returning back to their lives, in Japan and Korea respectively. Like I have not seen any attempt from them to maybe continue their relationships?

On When My Love Blooms Jun 17, 2024
I have recently finished this drama again due to Netflix always making sure I am watching something else from what I planned at that moment because they keep expiring stuff :D I kind of expected to be bored (I do not have anything against Yoo Ji Tae's or Lee Bo Young's acting, they are just not always my go-to-actors when picking dramas). Surprisingly for me, I have enjoyed the drama, the plot and the acting, although it was a bit slow at times (especially the moments with the FL), but I am glad they did not tone down the revenge part completely at the end (I am not a fan of people suddenly being all moralistic and not punishing bad people because then "they are the same like them", argh...). Of course the characters made a lot of stupid decisions along the way, but overall the "good" characters were likeable, and I actually really liked the younger versions of leads too. This was my first time seeing Jin Young act, but he made a good impression on me. And his pairing with Jeon So Nee, they were super cute together :)

On Saving My Stupid Youth Jun 17, 2024
I really enjoyed this drama, I especially liked the first two episodes because they were really funny (sometimes I miss this typical Japanese-drama humor :) ). It tackled some serious topics, but the comical element was always present, and I have really liked it. I am a fan of Nishikido Ryo back from when I started watching Jdramas (around 2009-2010), so this was like a throwback memory for me :D I liked how the characters were caring for each other, but could not stop with the teasing.
