Haha, I can see you gave this drama the exact same rating as me :D In the meantime I have finished it, but I feel sorry for myself for the lost time....

I think I was the most angry about the episode 15, there were so many illogical and irrational things happening, especially around the time when we were supposed to believe Jin Eon died.
Also what happened with the eye of Sung Chul? It seemed he needed a transplant of some sort as Sung Mi mentioned it, and then suddenly he was just fine.
I know there is going to be a second season, but I suppose Esom is not joining the drama? That is too bad, because the ending seemed to show us they joined hands, so it might have been interesting to watch.
I have also felt a bit sad that there was no romance between either Do Gi and Ha Na (there was some tension for sure) or between him and Go Eun (as she seemed to reaally like him). I felt like for them to stay sane, the romance part might feel necessary and natural.

Title Taxi Driver
I would say this had a really good action, the stories were interesting, Lee Je Hoon as a tough guy doing the revenge for others was great, and the "Taxi group" was quite funny at times as well.
What stopped me from giving this 10 points was that I was worried that they would suddenly switch to the moralistic side of the things (I disagree with "if you kill a murderer, you are the same as them"), and it happened, but then again they tended to switch back, so it seemed like they are not even sure? :D I enjoyed the conversations of Do Gi with the prosecutor Ha Na, the things she said because that is how the law is taught, and the real-life arguments Do Gi gave to her, which later made her understand it.
The trauma these people were going through felt real, but sometimes I did not understand how they could switch from being super scared and traumatized to being all-cool all of a sudden, because yeah, it is over, let's party (not exactly, but some scenes had that strange feeling).
Sung Mi was a horrible b****, because she could not distinguish between criminals and innocent people.
What I also did not like was the repetitiveness of the beginning of the "revenge process", I have seen the taxi game soo many times it was tiring.
Maybe it seems like I am complaining too much, but I gave it 8.5 :D

I never understood why Na Bi was even trying to consider Jae Eon in a romantic way anymore when they were having a party at her apartment, and she could see him outside kissing one of the girls, and then he stopped because he saw her, and was trying to kiss her as well. Well, she was not really smart in her decisions :D

The other characters were quite interesting as well, although besides being quite pretty, I am not sure what attracted Kyu Hyun to Bit Na (she was a female version of Jae Eon for me).
Another really nice guy here was Kyung Jun for me, the sunbae from the school office. I quite disliked Min Young, a typical character that instead of being just grateful, she gets rude while still using help from others.
The most annoying character for me was Ji Wan, she was a whiny girl that was not really mature, often being angry or jealous about something that did not make sense.
The amount of references to butterflies and the metaphors got tiring for me towards the end, they should have named this drama "Butterfly" instead.
Also the art thing, I am not really into stuff they created at school, but I could understand that the work of Nabi was artistic. But I am sorry, the thing Sol created at the end, where everyone was just in awe like wooow, this is a one-of-a-lifetime talent, eeeh? I guess I just could not appreciate it to the point where it felt funny to me :D

I remember people having fan wars over this drama, like Han So Hee was a trash in this vs Song Kang was horrible in this :D
I believe none of them was bad in their roles and acting, but I belong to the group that says Han So Hee's acting was a bit better in this, I believe she fit the role of a shy and a not-really-sociable girl, while being quite feisty when being more comfortable with someone.
Song Kang portrayed the arrogant playboy well, I believe this role fits him more than the one in Love Alarm. It is funny how girls are attracted to such guys, even though they can see how much they are played.
The first half was more easy to watch and I think they portrayed well the inner turmoil of a confused girl that is trying to decipher a guy's actions towards her, it seemed really realistic. However, the second part was more of a pain when we are introduced to the super lovable guy with a really nice smile, Do Hyuk, when you know that every girl should dream about a guy like that, but you can see he is just going to be the second male lead. I do not think this is a spoiler when saying that Jae Eon was a jerk :D His actions were stupid, selfish and even when he could see he should change his behavior to not destroy relationships, he still did the same, and then started to be clingy when someone was seemingly moving on from him (do I need to say that I hate it when people do this?).
At first I was like "nooo, girl, please pick the other guy, are you blind or stupid?", and then I changed to "whatever, you do not deserve him, you deserve each other with ML instead".

When I have read the comments, I thought this is gonna be super scandalous because of the age gap, but was there even one kiss between them (maybe I have just forgotten)? I believe they were just drawing stars on each other's hands, so why the controversy? I was actually quite disappointed that there was no romance until the end, like Sagami got punished for a scandal that did not actually happen.
Naruse turning bad towards the end and the almost evil Nao were quite annoying.
But one thing was nice about the ending, it seemed like Asupyon found her dream job - being a teacher and dorm-mother at the same time.

Hmmm, where to begin. I actually liked the songs of 8loom, it was nice to see that someone actually did their homework with this as we do not just get a group of guys who are an idol group, but you never really see them do anything from the idol life, or you hear just one snippet of a song every time, here you get full performances, choreography trainings, they shoot a video for new song etc.
The character of Asupyon was overdramatic, but I am used to this type of Jdrama acting sometimes :) But she could be annoying at times, nevertheless she was not a bad person at all. Sagami was the typical tsundere. The dog was super cute :D
I liked their original manager, he was quite funny :)
I was not happy with the ending, but oh well...it was more socially acceptable? :D

Title Backstreet Rookie Spoiler
This was quite watchable, and also fun at times, although some of the characters were too over the top for me,…
The 15th episode was not to my liking really. I quite dislike the character of Dae Hyun's mother. Ok, her husband is most of the time a good-for-nothing type, however the way she treats him is ridiculous. Yes, it might be the cultural thing, but if you dislike your husband so much, the kids are all grown-up, then just get a divorce. They are together and everyone needs to tip-toe around the house at times when they argue. Also how she was always acting all proud, how poor people have their pride and everything, but if someone mentions money or that Dae Hyun would have a higher salary (or when she received some expensive handbag), she went all irrational saying stuff like her son should just get back together with a girl who treated him bad because she is rich and then he would not get to be poor like her. She acted like she wants her son to be happy, but that was just her imagination of happiness (or maybe she wanted to have a rich daughter-in-law), but she ignored the fact that her son wanted something else (and c'mon, they were not dirt-poor without her). Also this cliché about the leads breaking up for stupid reasons, such as Saet Byul leaving for Dae Hyun to be with his ex, because that's what his mom wants. And supposedly she does not see how happy he is with her, and that he does not want to get back together with his ex (I was happy that he did not create any misunderstandings about that, it was just other people seeing different things to be the best for him).

This was quite watchable, and also fun at times, although some of the characters were too over the top for me, such as Dal Shik and Geum Bi, always screaming and the girl beating up the guy. No, I did not see any controversy with the character just like someone said it here, it did not say anywhere that this is a generalization of a behavior of such people, I took it just as a one character in a drama, that's it.
There was also a lot of controversy about the age gap between the leads, well I have thought their chemistry was cute and natural (and they are both so good looking), I felt sorry that there was no romance really (were they scared of the bashings?). Anyway, I liked Saet Byul's and Dae Hyun's characters (both being quite pure-hearted), but I can understand why there were misunderstandings between them in the beginning. Later I felt really sorry for Saet Byul, but in the beginning she should have known that she did not seem to be the most honest person and of course people thought some of her actions were quite shady.
And of course Yoon Joo was the worst girlfriend a guy could have - dishonest, ignorant, possibly caring about him only after she lost him, and then doing backstabbing actions later.

How I was looking forward to this, and oh, how was I disappointed! Based on the reviews and comments, I have thought this is going to be super funny and something like the Friends series. Watching it felt like watching The Big Bang Theory (which is considered really funny, but which I really dislike). I was watching 5 strange characters, where the situations and the acting were over the top most of the times. For 4 episodes that I have watched (during maybe 3 months), there were about 3 funny scenes altogether for me. I have started watching the fifth episode, and then decided I am not going to punish myself and just dropped it. One more thing I really disliked, Yoon Ah was in a situation where she should just be super grateful, but I felt like she was super imposing and even rude instead, and I dislike such characters or plot directions a lot. I tend to hardly say it, but the only cute thing in this drama was the baby for me.

Title Doona!
True like her roles are so versatile. She went from playing an high school student in dream high to playing an…
And could you please tell me where did I say the above?
I have criticized her portrayal in a drama that I watched. Also, I did not say I DON'T LIKE her, I just said that some roles are more fitting for her and some are not, and in those I would prefer seeing her in supporting roles, but I have never said she has no talent. And I have also never said that just because I do not praise her acting, this is the general opinion that should be held by everyone. I just said in the beginning that if someone says they do not like Suzy's acting, her fans should stop saying someone is automatically biased and being all defensive, people have right to say they do not like her acting.

True, but not everyone is drunk to the point that you cannot remember what you did and that you are not aware of your actions at that moment. Sometimes it is that level of drunkenness that gives you the confidence to do what you would like to otherwise, but you are shy to do it normally, so maybe he thought she was at this level :D

Actually with this scene, I felt sorry for Sung Hoon, because he slept with her since he liked her and wanted to date her, but she got super drunk, if I remember correctly, she kissed him first, and basically was complaining about how he is not responding to her, and then when she slept with him, she called it a mistake and did not even give him a chance to say anything.

I have found this hypocritical as well! Even if they already were in a relationship, so what? It was not a real date. His boss sent him there in his place, he rejected the girl and that was it. Second FL was not the type to listen and let someone explain this.

haha, I have given a bad rating for several popular dramas too :D not in all cases, but I seem to prefer the underrated dramas more, I usually do not like the super popular dramas, even when ppl describe great acting of someone, when I watch the drama, I am like "omg, but this is horrible acting" :D it seems I tend to disagree a lot with the popular opinion
