Title The Innocent Man Spoiler
I have finally finished watching this and it feels like losing 20 hours of my life for nothing. Ok, to be fair,…
And why everyone just walked away from prison after 6 or 7 years after everything they did?
And whatever happened to getting Taesan back??? Suddenly no one has it or they do not even mention it.
And the final scenes, where we are supposed to think the ML is dying, and suddenly he is just living fine without any explanation in other scenes. I am angry at myself not dropping this after about 10 episodes, when it started to be draggy and ridiculous.

I have finally finished watching this and it feels like losing 20 hours of my life for nothing. Ok, to be fair, around 15 hours because I skiped a lot of scenes in the last 6 episodes, and I don't think I missed anything important.
I was waiting to the end to see who is supposed to be the "Nice Guy" or "Innocent Man"...ok, Maru took the blame once but that's it, besides that his actions were anything but innocent or nice. Ditching his sick sister in the beginning for a woman, later not thinking clearly every time this horrible woman had an issue (why would he even care for her when she betrayed him?). There were a lot of actions and scenes in the drama that did not make sense to me. The character of his friend and his relationship with Choco felt like unnecessary fillers (and this drama had a lot of them). It was not cute since you are just watching them being childish and hitting each other for most of the time.
I felt there was a lot of bad acting, reaaally sloooow talking, repetitive dialogues, many long flashbacks (you somehow have to fill in 20 episodes). You could fit the story into 12 episodes.
And don't even get me started about the whole amnesia thing. Usually this is a cliché that gets people angry, but maan, here they used even multiple amnesia for some people, which just got ridiculous.
I was watching this just to see the bad people being punished, but it seems the characters suddenly had friendly conversations among each other after almost killing each other before. That is just stupid.

Title Fishbowl Wives Spoiler

I was waiting to see some scene of Haruto jumping in his car and going to that beach and finally meeting Sakura again, but since we did not see it, he might have as well just ended up with his fish as a companion :)
What I did not like was how people treated Takuya. Nobody reported the violence to the police (they were only threatening him with it), and at the end Sakura was approaching him. I would just want to see him being beat up by Haruto, that is what he would deserve.

At some point I have thought I am watching a soft porn. Only the story was fortunately deeper than "a guy brings pizza" :D
But seriously, the scenes seemed so real it made me think the actors actually had sex for real. But the violent scenes were also quite realistic, so I would say this drama concentrated on different aspects and emotions to look real. The analogy of fish in a fishbowl in different situations was apt as well.
I know many people hated on the amount of infidelity in here, and I am also rather a fan of "divorce / break up first and then begin something new".
But it was not often about women encountering an issue for the first time and immediately searching for a casual sex with a random dude.
However, this might be a cultural thing too, I guess since Japan is quite patriarchal, but to me it seemed like the women in here were saying they are unhappy or trying to discuss stuff, but the men would not listen or would just control everything anyway. And seeing Sakura-san's troubles, it is not that easy to divorce your husband.
The running pair was my favorite in terms of resolving the issues in marriage and meeting each other half way.
I was rooting for Sakura and Haruto too, even though there was quite an age gap, they just suited each other and seemed to find calmness next to each other. Oh, and passion too :)
Haruto was a great guy, the one every woman wants (or should want) to meet in her life. I am glad I have found my own Haruto, this makes me appreciate him even more :)
The ending was too open for me.

Person Kang Tae Oh
He was great as the dual role of Cha Yool Mu / Grand Prince Neungyang in The Tale of Nokdu, he got totally different personalities when being the "common" Yul Mu and when actually acting as the Grand Prince!

Kang Tae Oh is now playing in Extraordinary Attorney Woo, and he is great there. When he played the Prince in…
Kang Tae Oh was great in this drama, his character became more important in the second half of it.

Title The Tale of Nokdu Spoiler
The main leads surely got themselves constantly into big trouble. The acting in this was great, I really liked Nokdu. And Kim So Hyun as always did a really good job.
At first I have thought this would be a funny drama, but it soon turned into more serious and rather tragic elements.
However, one of the characters that stayed rather funny throughout the series is the Vice-curator :)
And I really really hated the king, I could not sympathize with him or understand him at all.
As for Yul Mu and the actor Kang Tae Oh, I have read that he is slowly becoming famous now due to Extraordinary Attorney Woo, but I feel he could have been famous for his character here as well.
He was cute and warm in the first half as Yul Mu, but later he could be really cold and cruel as Grand Prince Neungyang. That chilly evil smile of his was kind of creepy, but it just shows how he could switch between both sides. I would actually feel kind of sorry for Yul Mu as he was really longing for love from Dong Joo (tho in real life I believe he would rape her or something some time ago already, not really waiting for her patiently, given his cruel character). But before Dong Joo knew about his two sides and before she met Nokdu, I am not sure why she kept turning Yul Mu down, I mean I would go for him, he was handsome and cute (before the prince thing going on :D )
As for the ending, I liked it, but I would maybe like to see a bit of the future not only of the main leads, but also the king, queen, Neungyang etc.

First of all, the more dramas I watch with Shin Hye Sun, the bigger fan of her I am, she was great in this, being believable in her cold as well as cute moments.
This is only a second drama with L (Kim Myung Soo) I have watched, but man, they could not pick a better fit for an angel :D He was so fluffy, so cute, and I liked his rebelling angel a lot :)
After finishing this drama, if I would read somewhere that the two main leads are dating, I would not be surprised, the emotions felt so real. And the kisses :)
I liked secretary Jung as well as Kang Woo too.
Overall I think the actors did a really good job in portraying their characters. The evil Runa was also really good fit.
I get it that they did not want to give us a super unrealistic ending, so it was kind of a happy ending, but more real than the desired one would be?
Although I have cried a few times watching this, so it means it was well done :D

Is this drama worth watching? I watched the first 2 eps and it was so confusing and boring that I can't bring…
depends on the taste, I would say no as I have dropped it after the 1st episode :D

I have watched only the first episode and never got through it any farther really...I also believe this is such an overrated drama. I was waiting to see this as it had a lot of great reviews, but the acting and the way ML and FL were as if doing the push-and-pull stuff and whatever else, it felt so childish and not fitting , and so unnatural. I felt disinterested in their love story right away, did not enjoy watching ML's character too, and my poor husband wanted to watch it with me because he thought it might have some war action or good fights in it, but after the first episode he wanted to drop it too :D

I should probably feel sorry for Hyena and maybe I would if I could think about her like oh, she is a poor girl,…
and anybody noticed how the rich couples had this king-size, but single beds in the master bedroom? this was super strange for me, I think only Jin Hee and her husband slept together

I have enjoyed the drama, but I would say 16 episodes would be sufficient. My favorite character was probably…
I should probably feel sorry for Hyena and maybe I would if I could think about her like oh, she is a poor girl, but she was just using everybody and was dishonest to everyone (even to the good people around her), so her story was sad...but I just could not like her.
And as in many dramas and stories, I simply do not understand this behavior of people, like others can hurt you really bad, shout at you and everything, and after some time they somehow change and are a bit apologetic, and everybody just forgets about it and yay, let's be great friends. Really? Those were all adult people that could know better, everybody makes mistakes and bad decisions, but these mistakes are not "equal", it's different to not control your emotions for some time and then be sorry and to apologize, and to be constantly a horrible person and then everything is fine after a smile and "sorry".
How Soo Im as a mother could ever speak again to Mi Hyang I would never understand....
And it was funny how everybody was like well, we were a bit too pushy about the education, but it's the tutor's fault. Well, the tutor was a horrible woman, but it was the parents' fault for me, nobody made you be so obsessed, not listening to or understanding your child...You might want to be successful in life, but you do not have to be the best, as obviously not everyone can take the 1st spot.

I have enjoyed the drama, but I would say 16 episodes would be sufficient. My favorite character was probably Seung Hye, who was able to stand up to her husband and fight for the sanity of her kids, tho I am not sure why she still loved her horrible husband and did not divorce him (his crazy moments were funny, but at the same time, he was just horrible). I also liked Ki Jun who was not afraid to speak up. Another character I liked was Hwang Chi Young, a man that could be honest, caring and sweet, but also could hold its own against others. As for his wife, Soo Im, I have not understood why she felt like she had to protect secrets and apologize to the person that deserved it the least (no spoilers ha).
Kim Seo Hyung was really great in her tutor role.
As for Kwak Mi Hyang, I have totally hated her and I do not think she deserved as much as having friends around her, she was so obsessed with her daughter and SNU that she knew no limits. Ye Seo was a brat too, really like her mother.

I have watched the first episode only so far, but this was fun and so easy to watch! I feel like this kind of…
This role was a great fit for Siwon, probably his best role for me. I have watched this with my husband and he also loved his faces and angry twitches :D Although the drama had its moments when the back and forth conversations could have been a bit shorter, it did not kill the fun for me and I have overlooked it easily due to how much I have enjoyed this overall. I loved the comedy political trio of Jung Kook, Assemblyman Kim and the aide Mr. Wang, the combination of street-smart, cunning and clueless was superb :D One of my favorite scenes was when Siwon was trying to catch another real-estate conman, we laughed so much at that scene.
Just as much it was funny, I liked the serious part of the drama as well, not only the politics and how "naive" Jung Kook wanted to be when thinking about citizens, but also the marriage parts, the arguments and conversations looked quite real (not the usual "let's split just because we have to at this point of the drama", it had a content and it made sense).
It was quite interesting that you would feel like Jung Kook is the cool guy who wants to fight for justice, but then you remember that he was basically stealing money from his citizens before. I have never understood why he was not leading another life when it seemed more fitting for him (your dad being a con-artist does not make it necessary for you to become one too and do that for many years).
As for Hoo Ja, she played a part in the funny moments, but her way of speaking was annoying for me.
And I have forgot to mention that I liked Mi Young! And how she and her colleagues were fighting like tigers, haha (and the women throwing real punches :) ).

The acting in this, omg...I get it that this is a first drama for probably all of the idols starring here, but....there was a lot of cringe for me. Maybe ten years ago if I was crazy in love with 2pm, I would have want to finish this, but nowadays, naah. This was another drama with Suzy where she is a loud and bratty character, I could not like her at all. Taecyeon did some kind of parkour stuff in the 1st episode, which was the only interesting thing for me, and maybe the b-boy guys...that's it, I have dropped it and I am happy about it :D
