She doesn’t even need to offend anyone for her projects to be delayed. Her mere presence and status in the industry are enough to trigger underhanded tactics from competitors. The fact that she consistently faces setbacks without clear reasons speaks volumes. That’s why it made complete sense when that list came out, showing her near the bottom in terms of successful drama releases and on-time premieres. It’s calculated obstruction. But I believe through hard work and her own strengths, she will persevere.
It could also be Jaywalk. I think they don't like their artists to venture too much outside of China, or outside of dramas. They have had YM for years and it wasn't until she left that movie roles started rolling in, mind you, they are supporting roles but its always good to cut your teeth that way.
I also think they are in crippling debt which is probs why they have very little investments etc

I complimented her in Chinese, and she replied to me in Thai! I was so surprised because she spoke so clearly. I didn’t expect her to reply in Thai and I also didn’t expect to get that close to her. She is so beautiful, her face is so small, like a doll or a princess in every demeanor. I was so happy and ecstatic. I didn’t dare.. I mean I’m not that beautiful, so I didn’t dare to stand next to her. It was the first time I didn’t dare to stand next to her because she is very beautiful, just meeting her already made me so happy.
