This was a sleeper hit for me. It had all the elements to make the narrative move - stunning cinematography, steady pacing, emotive actors and the dialogue was very aimed. Some of the subplots were slightly unconvincing but overall, more pros than cons.

I love that she is healing and slowly on the mend. To be around people like Senior Qin, Xufeng, Yuniang, Luo Shiba, A'Sun, Sun Simao and Situ Lang, who treat her like family is what she really needed to begin her healing process. And not to mention her time in the Temple. Man, I happy for sis. That's all I ever wanted for her. For her to feel physically and emotionally supported by the people around her.

Channge said it right, he really is just a pawn at this stage. No doubt he will change and see his shortcomings. Personally, nothing in his characher evokes anything in me so i won'tbe waiting for anything. I find other characters much more enticing

I saw in ep31 preview that Haodu was still trying to hunt down Changge. Seriously, mans needs a hobby. Like Changge said if she were to die, it wouldn't be at the hands of a mere pawn ? Give it up already. Glad Leyan let him have it!!
