I am on episode 36 and I don’t know if I am the only one feeling bad for Lian Binglan. When she spoke about losing everything including herself did I realize that her mother’s insistence and interference kinda ruined her life and Binglan herself. It was so bad that even when she was genuinely crying I was half expecting it to also be a hoax. That part was done very well.
If you realize throughout the story she was always the one trying to at least maintain some dignity and loyalty but her mother always ruined it. This is some serious lesson that one should always try to live for herself.

Well from what I gather the whole XRJ using drugs to rape YWJ is not in the novel and them adding it to the drama has made a lot of plot holes if you consider TBOY timeline and XRF’s character.
