Ti Shen Jiao Qi: Zong Cai Zhui Qi Ru Ming(2024) is a romance drama with Zuo Ming (as Jing Shao Chuan) and Cheng Zi (as Tang Song) in the leading couple’s role. Te cast did a good job delivering their characters and the leading couple has a nice romance chemistry even if there were just a few intimate scenes, more sensuality, but nicely done! Chen Zi did quite well performing the duality of her character and, as a man, her makeup was very tone down to as to make her face look as if it was bare. Zuo Ming was a delight as he was falling in love with the female lead. He was charming, resolute, and protective of the frail looking Tang Song. The drama is not spectacular but it is entertaining.

Xing Hao Huan Shi Ni(2025) or I Love You (2024) is a nice romance miniseries with Zuo Ming (as Ji Yan Zhuo) and Sun Lu Lu (as Yin Xing Yue) in the leading couple’s role. The cast did a good job delivering their characters and the leading couple had a suave romantic chemistry. Even though the drama is classified as a romance, it is more like a romantic comedy given the bothersome fact that the writer presented a strong female lead that uses her fists more than her brain. There are too instances of slapping all over the drama’s duration and an abundance of kidnapping that becomes senseless. Still, it is nice to see the leading couple steadfastly loving and protecting each other.

Shan Hun Hou, Wo Bei Da Shu Lao Gong Chong Shang Tian (2025) is a romance miniseries with Fan Xiaodong (as Fu Zheng Ting) and Fu Xinyi (as Zhao Xiao Ya) in the leading’s couple role. The cast did well bringing their characters to life and this versions varies from others making it less traumatic and more about the relationship between the lead couple. The lead couple communicates well since the female lead is more mature and truly embraces her husband which is quite forward and protective of his bride. Overall, even though the romantic scenes could’ve been better with enough time, it was entertaining and heartwarming watching the leads fall in love, enjoy it! Ta Wen Xiao Mei Gui(2025), aka: Kiss With A Rose(2025), is a nice fantasy rebirth miniseries with Yang Yu Bin (as Jiang Sheng) and Fang Si Chang (as Ning Qiu Tang) in the leading’s couple role. The cast did well taking in consideration that the story is a bit complicated since the setting is related to the transmigration of real life characters into a story controlled by a “system” and the leading lady of the story. This novel should have been adapted into a longer running series since it has too many characters that are of importance to the system and needed to be explained better. The romance is underrated by the lack of time to be developed in a more intelligible way but it is a very interesting story to put on screen. The leading couple had a good rapport but the male lead still lacks the right facial expressions to bring about his intricate character. Overall, the drama has an interesting story and, for the most part, entertaining.

Wan Qing Xin (2025), aka: Win Your Heart (2025), is a rebirth/revenge miniseries with Zhou Ling Feng (as Mo Fu Bai) and Hu Shao Chen (as Jiang You An) in the leading couple’s role. On this adaptation of the web novel "Chong Sheng Hou, Wu Ge Ge Ge Ku Zhe Qiu Wo Hui Fu" by Mu Mian Mian, the plot centers more in the revenge part of the story with a slow burn romance between the leading couple which happens closer to the end of the drama. Their only romantic scenes is nicely done but, throughout the drama, the leading couple were more like very good acquaintances that worked very well together to bring down the antagonists.; which they did very well!
***If you have not watch the other adaptation titled “Ming Yue Du Zhao Wo (2025)” with Wu Zhu Xi (as Mo Fu Bai) and Wei Wen Qing (as Jiang You An), I recommend that you watch it because if you would like to see a better developed romance where the main leads had very good rapport.
