What is the Chinese version called and who was the ML?

From what I've read they will reshoot some scenes but most of it will just be replacing the original actor's face with the new actor's. I guess cause in cdramas they have 30+ eps in historical dramas, so a lot of money will be wasted if they try reshooting it all, also it will take a long time to reshoot it all and then edit all the eps and also other actors probably took in new projects before the scandal took place, so they would need to wait a long time for everyone's schedule to be made clear. So it will basically waste all the other actors' time when they could be doing other dramas/movies and they'll need to be paid again for the reshoot. All in the costs will increase a lot and then there are the production crews as well who need to be paid and be scheduled for the reshoot. So a lot of things need to be considered if they want to reshoot the whole thing with the new actor. That's why they went for the less costly route of only replacing the two actors' faces and reshooting perhaps only the most important scenes in the cdrama.
BTW this is my guess from all the news I've read about it. Dont really know how much of it is finalized.
The plot is written so well! During the first half, everyone looked at NJD as the perfect husband material. But, slowly the protagonist turns out to be the antagonist and now everyone hates him!
Just imagine - once the law gets passed, it will backfire on NJD. So when everyone realizes he's a rapist, he will commit suicide.
BTW according to ep15 preview, he is a rapist but this could change as there are always new truths coming out and the previews are usually mashed together but the actual eps are diff.
Poor Jihoon all because of NJD! His life literally got destroyed because of that one glance at his father's doings. Of course, we don't know if it was rape or consensual since there are lies and truths coming in out but from Jihoon's pre-teen/teenager perspective it was an affair and he witnessed it firsthand to the point he had to throw up. Because of this, he turned bad and 5 years later it seemed that they didn't stop their bs leading to his death. How much of a nutcase is NJD!

1. She used her position to influence the director to lie about the rules and remove Haeyi from the all-care club study session and give it to the rich boy who got killed.
2. This also, led to Haeyi overall getting removed and basically blacklisted from the tutoring place.
3. She and sua stalked CCYs car and they were literally watching his moves as he got off his car but luckily JDY saw in time and called about it.
4. In ep 8 she literally got people to professionally tail him and inform her of his whereabouts and who he is with, taking pictures, etc.
