The script is bad. How can the writer make Chu Xia believe Xuan He after she herself found out that he has been lying to her about her memories. Why would she tell him anything about her memories, or that she was going to see her psychologist and why believe after she returns from her ten years back to the future? It just does not make sense and then she calls him back to go with her to the psychologist, why!!? And why would she tell Xuan He who Xiao Dong is? Again, bad script!!!!
The story is unfolding nicely. It is not your typical wam bam martial arts in your face type is series. It is a series about the journey of a young woman and how she becomes a legend in the martial arts world. Hence the space is on point.

Had they not down play the sexual harassment and physical abuse track, I would not have been so harsh. They really messed up in the last 5 episode, I took out the marriage episode. Those five episodes were so unnecessary.

Had I known that the series would glorify sexual harassment and physical abuse in the last six episodes, I would have dropped it. The point is not that I dislike the actors or the song:
1. It is that the character of the second pair lead was just annoying, but the character of the first pair lead was enough, although I did not like certain actions of the first female lead’s character. Actors should have some integrity when taking up scripts and a script that plays down sexual harassment and physical abuse is not worth even one point.
2. I never said the music was bad. I stated it was played in unnecessary places.
3. There were two other women characters in the show that they could have paired Du with, either his non- related sister or Q that worked for YS. There was no need for another boring love triangle or the sexual harassment or physical abuse.
4. They should have just stopped at Episode 30 maybe up to episode 31, with that episode being JJ and YS marriage.

Rong Hua is actually aware of all of her father's evils deeds and yet, she pleads for him. Even if it is her father, he has slaughtered so many people.
From Thursday to today, this series is plagued by bad editing leading to horrible continuation from episode to episode. And among all, can Rong Hua grow up already! Also, iQIYI up to day before yesterday had this at 50 episodes but then edited to 45 episodes yesterday, so this will be rush mode - not liking that.
I am enjoying this series for a lot of reasons. And right now, I am enjoying the space. The creatives are smart on the spacing. This is what I would call an all rounder, and so far it is. I absolute love it when the entire cast have chemistry and they do! At the moment, I am a little mift with Rong Hua, okay a lot.
