He Ying ask for Ye Chong’s house keys and he just gives it to her. There is no relationship quota there for him t do so. They just do not connect.

Liu Xueyi is on my "bad boys' list" :). I also like him from the Destiny of the little white snake. He was amazing in his character. He is also in noble aspirations I & II. He is also in the lost tomb 2. If I see him in anything else, I will let you know because I am also looking for shows with him. He has a main role in Quin Luo.

It just seems like they have throw it together without any thought. Ye Chong's brother and He Ying has better chemistry than her and Ye Chong. Also her character is not developed properly. The character's quirky attitude does not work for this type of show. I was disappointed since episode 1 with this and have not been shipping them.

@Samirah, I am also watching the series on youtube with english subtitles and am at episode 16. Yes, it is still early and I do hope that my hunch is wrong because I like their bonding. Unfortunately, the series is not released on any other sites with english subtitles, like iQIYI or Viki. Which is disappointing because the raw version is already around episode 30 or 33.

I had a feeling from the beginning. The feeling increased after I saw the promo with his adopted father and then yesterday's episode.
