Warning: Spoiler for ep 11
You know, I didn't really put it together that Choi Jae Gyum could be Hedgehog's father but now that you say it, it makes sense. I pretty much figured out awhile ago that Hedgehog was the lost friend of Panda and Won Il and also the son/grandson to the grandfather and his daughter. But they keep showing the body of his father in flashbacks with a tattoo (of a snake, I think) on his arm and in ep 11 it's mentioned that Choi Jae Gyum wears long sleeves bc of a snake tattoo. They all tie together

Just finished this drama yesterday. Loved the OST! I usually don't pay attention but I noticed and loved their choice of music.

Any idea where I can finish watching this with Eng Subs? I'm in the 20's for episodes and I can't find anymore…
Yeah, I looked at that too awhile ago and they didn't have Season 1. Thanks though! I pretty much gave up on it

My first drama was Boys Over Flowers. Thought the same things like "what the heck am I watching and why can't I turn it off?!" It seemed so out there compared to American and even quirky British shows but somehow I couldn't stop watching. But less than a year and close to 30 dramas later, there's no slowing down. From Korean, Taiwanese, Japanese, Chinese, I've thoroughly enjoyed almost all of them. It's all thanks to NetFlix!

Title Panda and Hedgehog Spoiler
Am I the only one who feels like I missed something when it comes to Hedgehog liking Panda?? Seems it just happened out of nowhere, Panda finds out like immediately after and she's making them compete for her?? It all seems a little rushed. This drama seems all over the place. I can't really figure out where it's trying to go. Ugh started out cute but now it's just getting messy. Love Hedgehog and Won Il but Panda is getting a bit annoying and almost unnecessary. She's mad at one of them 95% of the time it seems. I won't give up on it yet but I hope it gets better and not worse...

Try gooddrama.net if you want english subs. I haven't watched it but I noticed they had it. Looked like it was subbed in english from what I could tell

Just started watching this for the second time a few days ago and I must say, it's definitely better the second time around (for me anyway). I think I like it better since I'm not watching all the different versions of this series back to back like I did before. Of course I'm going to like whichever one I watched first bc it's what got me hooked on the story but if you space them out you'll find that all the versions are great in their own way. I really do love the Taiwanese, Korean and Japanese versions. Even the Chinese wasn't bad, I just couldn't find all episodes subbed so I couldn't finish it. This is a truly great drama and love that I can watch it multiple times and find that I love it even more!
On Shining Inheritance Aug 27, 2012
I know Shining Inheritance came out first but since I watched it after having already seen My Splendid Life, I was a little bored. I skipped the parts I didn't originally like from MSL since the two shows were pretty much identical. But I did finish it. Personally, I like MSL better but if I hadn't already seen the Chinese version I'm sure I would have liked the Korean version better. I think whichever one you watch first will be the one you will like the most with this drama. Like I said, it's basically watching the exact same drama, storyline and everything, just with different people. I couldn't get used to Shining Inheritance bc I was more familiar with the actors from MSL.

i watched it in dramacrazy.net but they stopped subbing it so could anyone tell me where i can find the subbed…
Try gooddrama.net. I believe all episodes are subbed and they usually have more than one link per episode to choose from. Good quality too. Hope that helps!

This was the 3rd thing I've seen the little boy in and he was amazing, as always! He's definitely the go-to kid actor in Taiwan right now. He was also great in Down with Love and Perfect Two. That kid can certainly cry at the drop of a hat with some big crocodile tears. Can melt anyone's heart
I've watched a couple episodes of this season so far. Still waiting to see if I can finish Season 1 w/ eng subs before I settle down to watch this. Seems ok so far though. I'm just glad they don't drag out the whole amnesia thing like MG2 otherwise I wouldn't even bother with it. And I like how once Yun Hai remembers Yu Xun, he's not terribly conflicted about the other girl. He wants to start over w/ Yu Xun...period. Again, better than MG2, imo.
On Meteor Garden Season 2 Aug 27, 2012
Ugh, every now and then I'll try and watch a little bit of MG2 but I just can't make myself watch 30+ episodes of the most irritating part of Hana Yori Dango. To me, it seems they only drag it out so they could squeeze another season out of this series and it's just not worth it to me.
On The Great Doctor Aug 27, 2012
Started watching this on Hulu yesterday. I'm liking it so far! I've never started a drama that was still airing so no marathon episodes for me. Having to wait is going to be hard! Glad there's at least 2 episodes a week though
On You're My Destiny Aug 24, 2012
Cute drama. Loved Baron Chen as Dylan. Sometimes I thought he was freaking out a little too much on Xin Yi but it was for her own good and a little tough love never killed anyone. Xin Yi kind of got on my nerves in the second half and was harsh to Cun Xi after he tried so hard to find her. All in all, I liked it but didn't love it.
On Let's Go Watch Meteor Shower Aug 24, 2012
Any idea where I can finish watching this with Eng Subs? I'm in the 20's for episodes and I can't find anymore w/ eng subs anywhere! I really want to finish before I watch season 2 since all those do have subtitles.
On Boys over Flowers: Final Aug 24, 2012
Good movie. It was nice to get to see Domyoji and Makino together w/out a ton of drama (scheming mother, arranged marriage, fights between friends, etc.). And I liked we got to see everything wrap up with their story. Very satisfying ending

Title Playful Kiss
Didn't really care for this. Oh Ha Ni was basically a stalker. And what guy would really decide they actually liked her for that? Really got on my nerves
On My Splendid Life Aug 24, 2012
I liked this version better than the Korean, but I did watch the Chinese version first. The dubbing of some of the voices kind of annoyed me but I've learned that's not uncommon for Chinese dramas. I had to fast forward through some of the evil step mother stuff bc I just couldn't take it anymore but it was a very touching drama. I really loved the character of Gao Zhen Xuan. He's like the perfect man! I was rooting for him
On Down with Love Aug 24, 2012
I really enjoyed this drama! Ella took some getting used to but I really did love her in this and Jerry Yan is great. His acting has improved tremendously since Meteor Garden. Seemed like he was having more fun in this role and not so robotic. Yu Ping's constant support of Yang Gua after being put in the friend zone is so cute and heartwarming. He never stopped caring about and supporting her, even with his crazy ex constantly throwing herself at him. He was team Yang Guo all the way!
