There are multitude of reasons. Yes promotion is primary but overall disney can't create hype and most of their works go unnoticed even if some of them are good. Most importantly they don't have enough base subscribers( especially among kdrama fans)

I will be happy as long as they don't create some absolute trash like when the stars gossip😃...will be excited for an anime adaptation rather than movie

From what i have come to know..a lot is hinging on this drama for cj enm , esp after failure of stars gossip and their stocks have plummeted by 15 or 20p, the elements are there for a success- great cast, directors etc. HIGH budget, will depend on the execution. The only problem is disney😌, oh well i hv made my peace with them
