Sorry i don't want to be that person but isn't the response from the parents very meek and inadequate? In other countries there are tons of cases where the father/mother of the child literally shoots down the abuser of their child(even if they have to go to jail)...and this case is even more severe where she was crippled financially too which lead to suicide..i am not asking for some extreme reaction but from what i hv read they didn't even sue ksh or the agency till now only the youtuber..like what's the point of suing a useless youtuber if ksh and gm go scot free?? Their child is literally dead
I think there might be aspects of case which are unknown and thus parents are hesistant to sue..or it might be a money issue but they can pay the lawyers after they receive compensation(most probably)

Apart from production costs there might be costs involving lawyers if ksh decides to sue but i don't think ksh has the power to go against disney, also he will probably never get another ott job offer if he legally goes against disney/netflix...most probably they will come to some sort of agreement and show will be postponed indefinitely. Even disney knows it will be a pr diasater to air it now.

Maybe off topic: does anyone know the difference between calculation of ratings in paid networks like tvn/jtbc and free networks like sbs? Or are they same? For e.g is 12p rating in tvn same as 12p rating in sbs?
