I am wondering about this too…I feel like it should take longer than 100 days to film 3 seasons…it takes 3 months to film 40 ep for a drama. Guess we will have to wait and see. I am super excited for this though considering that XZ is the lead for all 3 seasons.

We are almost to the rumored announcement date but it doesn’t look like the production team has opened a Weibo/DY account yet….wondering if they will open one on the 10th. Either way…anyone else getting super excited? I’m counting the days and can’t sit still! 😆

We are getting closer to the announcement and the excitement is reaching its peaks that even fans of other celebrities are here trying to provoke fights 🤣. Yall are never beating the jealous accusations with the amount of dedication you use to try and bring up other unrelated actors while downplaying XiaoZhan who is considered the benchmark of Cent. Maybe do your fave some good and go promote him/her and pray they can be good enough to score big projects. In the mean time, stop showing how bitter you are here asking for attention and leave the rest of us to discuss and celebrate in peace.

God, there are so many people I want to slap right now 🤦‍♀️. I want to Slap DSM for creating all these misunderstandings and using SY as a Chess piece for his personal revenge. I want to slap ZY for saying something she didn’t mean that caused SY to get heartbroken. I want to slap CM for making SY feel like he did successfully tell ZY his feelings. I want to slap BXL for being a snake. I extremely want to slap Ayuan for not trusting SY enough to tell him about Sumo. Given how SY’s character is, he wouldn’t harm Sumo but will see to it that Sumo is raise positively to be the future leader of the merfolk. I want to flick SY lightly on the head because he thought he did made ZY know of his feeling(I feel he was the true victim in all of these lies and misunderstandings).

TLP isn’t letting us off that easy with the angst 😭. How could they make SY get stab twice by the same girl! But in a way, I am excited for a evil SY 🤭

I love the scene between SY and ZY at the lantern festival, they were so sweet and yet so funny 😆. I couldn’t help but laugh out loud after understanding the meaning behind SY’s wedding gift to ZY. This guy secretly wishing for the wedding to end badly lol

Anyone else wonder if the old emperor SY killed had a reason to end himself so soon? It just doesn’t make sense for him to surrender to death so easily after trying to destroy kongsang. I highly doubt he will let his effort be wasted. Also, Didn’t he wanted that ring?? I can’t help but have a bad feeling about this…could it be that he also wanted SY to remove his priesthood…a possible “I’ll possess your body once it’s mortal” 🤔

If I recalled correctly from the novel, the stabbing scene was also toward the last few chapters as well. Base on this, I think they will be able to cover everything.

Finally got a chance to watch the new episodes and I am a little disappointed in ZY for her recklessness. Accepting the wedding as to not cause trouble to her clan and trying to escape the wedding is one thing but to put so many innocent lives at risk is so ridiculous. There are better way to escape a unwanted wedding without resorting to conjuring a sand demon to attack people. She obviously only thinking about herself and escaping without thinking about the bigger consequences of her plan. It could have ended up badly with many innocent people dead. No wonder SY was so upset and disciplined her. Though slapping her hand was kind of ridiculous and funny at the same time. I do love the bickering between them though, it’s hilarious 😆. Regarding the sage, I feel like he might be related to SY in a way based on what he had said. Could he be the Shi ying dressed in black with the sword play at the beginning? If so, XZ will be playing two roles here which is Shi ying who is good and the sage who is evil, this is getting exciting!

it’s because she is a princess of the crimson clan. Who doesn’t want to marry a princess who is of marriageable age😆. In Qing Gong case, the azure clan want to force a alliance with the crimson clan who have yet to take their side. As for the other prince, his mom definitely had a hidden agenda for choosing ZY to marry her son. We will just have to find out in tomorrow’s episodes

The love LOVE the new episodes. It’s heartbreaking that Shi ying will try to cut off his feeling for Zhu Yan but at the same time I admire his strong devotion to his practices and doing what he think is right. I find the FL getting better, she isn’t as childish as before and her becoming stronger is also a plus. The scene with that flower scene was done very well. The CGI is so beautiful! This is probably the best one yet of these type of scene inside a person’s mind compared to others I have seen. With the small scene we got of the king in the new episodes, it looks like a change man. He is actually letting Shi Yu choose his own wife even though his wife clearly has someone else in mind. He also made it clear that he will give Shi Yu the crown as long as that evil woman don’t bother Shi ying again. This shows he starting to regret and trying to do the right thing. Their dad is letting them make their own choices and how to live their life. The fact that he now knows Shi ying is alive and is the priest, he didn’t want to bother him nor want that woman to trouble him shows he does care a little about Shi ying. Of course this doesn’t mean I’ll forgave him for his dumb choices at the beginning 😒. We are getting closer to the scene I have been wanting to see! Shi ying in that red outfit! ☺️

It is a happy ending. FL did kill the ML out of anger but she perform a magic spell to bring him back to life. She eventually realize she love the ML so they did end up together at the end

I say watch until 10. The FL does get better and her character growth is more visible.

The rating has dropped again, it went up to 8 Yesterday but now it back to 7.9. Haters are working way too hard…it’s a waste of time because this drama is still exploding and becoming very popular regardless of how much effort they use to downvote it.

This drama keeps getting better with every updates! The plot is starting to thicken and ZY is definitely growing on me more and more. She is so cute and RM’s acting isn’t greasy compare to older FL trying to act cute. The chemistry that I didn’t see at the beginning has started to form between SY and ZY in the new episodes and it’s making me excited! This is the first time I wish it was Sunday already so I can watch the under water kiss scene 😆

Nope, don’t believe anyone who said they have watched 40ep. Even the Chinese Tencent app only has 10 eps and that is the only platform to watch the drama.

From my understanding, the master wants Shi ying to be king but before that plan can be fulfilled, Shi ying still needs to learn more thus making him a priest. This is probably his way to keep Shi ying on the mountain and not get involved with my other woman to potentially ruin his plan of marrying him off when he is king. So in the future when the master deem Shi ying ready to take the throne, and everything has been set up properly, the master will have Shi ying remove his priesthood and return to be the king and marry one of the Bai’s daughter. Apparently, marrying the Bai family is a tradition.

Ep 9 and 10 was also good and have some comedy relief! I laugh so hard when Shi Ying calmly feed Zhu Yan dirt with a smile that was made to look like pastry lol. I really liked the flower bridge scene in the last episode but the library scene was also equally as magical! I have yet to see this kind of scene in other xianxian drama so TLP did a fantasy job. Slowly we began to see Shi ying and Zhu Yan get closer as a bond begins to fold but at the same time we can also see that trouble is starting to brew. I can’t wait to see how the story unfold 😆
