The saddest ending of them all... ;___; I felt like my soul left my body... and I knew this was going to happen... just so gruel ;_______; WHERE IS JANG BONG HWAN'S HAPPY ENDIN ;______;!!!!!??????? poor guy...
Like I'm still happy for the queen, but if I was her I would possible not feel like I did those things and have a imposter syndrome. I would probably even question if the kind truly loved me...
As someone in post-grad age (aka a responsible adult, sadly), I don’t have a problem dropping dramas. However,…
This is so true for me also! I think it's because Korean dramas are kind of still the same after all these years, so you can kind of already know where the things are going to go. All the difference is usually put in the first few episodes and after that it's usually just the same. But other countries on the other hand seem so new and exiting. I also believe that lot of Chinese dramas have much higher budget than before (could be wrong tho).
I also feel like because I think that Korean dramas are starting to be the same I rarely watch them and miss the ones I would like... so I'm not so sure how true those statements are for others 'xD
I personally like to write reviews in the notes section where nobody can see them ':___D: But I like reading them afterwards, especially if I watch the film again so I can see the different viewpoints or opinions I had :3
I feel sad watching this. Not because this is a bad drama or anything... I just hate how they treat man/woman friendships like it will always lead to romance. I have not yet finished this so it might change (on ep 12). But especially with Jun Jae Yi and Go Ah Yeong. Like, girl... I get that this man can't take the hint, but just if the friendship was THAT BAD you can just leave. I think it's mean to think that is horrible that Jae Yi hasn't been thinking about you same way that you have been thinkin about him. She really had that nice guy energy and I hated it.
Sorry everyone but I just really felt like ranting about this.... ;___; I feel like dramas that are almost like 10/10 ALWAYS has some stupid minor thinks that made me super mad. Like I get it's old drama and I live in different culture, but I have never feel so sad and angry about a drama that otherwise it so awesome... ;___;
This was amazing drama, but I feel like they did some awful kind of -already seen 100 times- cliffhangers that made me almost drop the drama for couple of times... Still so glad I watched it :D. Just those couple of editing things that I didn't like personally :/
I love movies that are super weird and turn out to be hidden gems!!! I haven't (yet) watched any of these but I will surely smack them into my plan to watch list :D Thank you for the recommendations. I'm also happy to see more movies of Matsuyama Kenichi ':D I already forgot being head over heels for him in Death Note and in Gantz (weird to remember something you thought you have forgotten already) ...so many memories 'xD
There are occupationally some shows / movies that get it right but they are rare and even those that get it right…
Yes! I agree! This all is sometimes so distracting from the actual plot :D But I still understand how hard is to do everything right when you have time limits and money limits. After all they are people and all that. But I just hope that one day... one day they would learn or something ':D
I know Mr. Robot it's western drama, but I have seen it and it has some nice realistic hacking scenes ':D (At least I think so? And It's also really nice series) AND I so agree with you. Especially the CCTV part!! I'm always like, "well that was fast" when they just glance over the issue with getting a easy access to major CCTV systems. I think It's interesting to see how did they get it and how that can also slow their progress etc. So I wish there was more of that than just "Let me just hack on that major CCTV system quickly"(Ofc with the "Hurry up" being yelled at the Hacker :D).
Thank you for taking time to read this article and comment!I agree, I think recently there have been a couple…
I think I don't play enough attention to OST's to be especially disappointed. It's easier to remember the good ones than the bad ones :/.
Actually I the drama "Defendant" there is this song "Till The End" which sounds like It's supposed to be the ending track (like when the episode ends and there is those classic still images of some reaction faces or something), but it's played in the middle of the drama which lead me to think that it's ending and I need to switch to the next episode. I'm so used to the basic format OST wise, and I really want something new and nice so I can get free from this curse 'xD
Also the drama "Angry mom" also has nice OST ;___; (It just kept on bothering me that I forgot to mention it) Also I'm not so sure the OST of "Mask" is expecially special otherwise :/
Also (another also ':D), the article was interesting so ofc no problem, and thank you for thinking I have a busy life xD
I agree on this so much!! OST really matter, and I think it can really make series better. Also recently the lack of music has been bothering me in some scenes. I think not having any music is also important. I feel like lot of dramas have some useless ambiance music in some dramatic moments which just makes the dramatic moments less dramatic. Or worse they have those face jump-scarery kind of cheap sounding, awful, wanna be dramatic music -things (but I think that is totally different story. I'm talking about more emotional based dramatic moments). Ofc It depends on the moment etc, but I just think that having no music at all can really make nice contrast and add more emotional value.
OST that I have recently find interesting in not really just one not I'm not really sure that it can be counted as OST. In the drama "Mask" there was this classical peace the main lead was hymning at the start of the series (nothing really special), but what I found the most amazing was that they made like a whole peace similar to this but like sad. ':D I don't know. It was interesting. The drama itself still lays on my unfinished pile... Also Goblin OST is niceee and the Auditory Hallucination -song from Kill me Heal me is amazing. :D
You weren't the only one, that ending killed me, i feel like they wanted to make a season 2 and that why we got…
YESS! The ending was just awfully done! And I should really just watch the "because this is my first life". Its weird how hard is to start watching new series ':D even thought you really want to see them. I guess I'm too scared of the journey and only see the destination :/ (or something, i don't know)
Daam... I almost forgot how frustrated I felt when I was watching Korean Odyssey. For me I had potential for better (or maybe I was just wanting it to be more like Inuyasha since the main lead so much remained me of him). But thanks for pointing out the good parts. I'm almost forgetting that there where moments that where nice... .__.'
But I liked your list and have seen most of them. I need to watch the "because this is my first life". I'm told there would be a cat so ofc I'm gonna watch it :P For the other one I haven't watched (Thirty but seventeen)... I have actually never heard of it :o
She is only Korean actress that I have first seen first in western films and only then in korean films. I must say I trust her acting so much I feel I can safely watch any film she is in!! <3 bless her :D
Like I'm still happy for the queen, but if I was her I would possible not feel like I did those things and have a imposter syndrome. I would probably even question if the kind truly loved me...
This was gruel to all three of them...
