I'm absolutely obsessed with Jeff and Barcode's awkward yet adorable and realistic chemistry. They're my favourite couple in the show right now but the show is probably not going to develop their characters that much specially since Chay is still in HS. My OTP is basically going to be starving me :(
I thought kinnporche would be the only cutesy mafia romance I'd be watching this year but appparently not. I really was not expecting it to go in this direction.

Nah that ending was pretentious af. It's fully possible to make the main couple break up at the end but the way they did it was weird, rushed, nonsensical and plain ruined the effect of the whole show. I can think of another similar movie that I love where the couple has this amazing cozy relationship depicted but end up with different people at the end and the ending to that one was sad but also beautiful and memorable. The ending to this show was so plastic and overdone. It was like the writer just changed for the last 2 - 3 episodes casue before that, it was the best thing I'd ever watched. A very ODD watching experience for me tbh so I really can't say it was well written overall.
In the next ep I feel like Gu and Mi Jung are going to kiss omgomgomgomg. I was starting to get worried the only way we would get kiss scene from this show is if Chang Hee made a move on Gu ( I mean he already had so many bromance skinship scenes with Gu, Mi Jung should take pointers lol).
Does anyone else just keep expecting Gu and Mi Jung to just frantically make out on the floor or something or…
The silence feels like intense sexual tension so I know what you mean. Like in the dog scene when she touched him and he froze up I was like " GOD please let them furiously makeout". But eh we can tell from vibes at this point that it's unlikely :(((((((
It's strange to see one of the most iconic BL actors of all time in one of the most embarassingly bad BL productions ever. Budget is really not the issue. For example, strongberry's earlier works are clearly low budget but still enjoyable. I don't like it when producers think we're willing to watch anything and everything as long as two dudes are into each other. Yet another Korean BL I've droppped this year.
Hey guys did they by chance reshoot a portion of the drama since the promo last year??? I didn't really keep up with the news but I saw tiktoks of the intial sneak peaks last year and it seems they redid alot of it. If anyone knows please let me know!
