TTJ and LYX definitely has some common traits for sure. And there's more layer to TTJ. However, I'm still amazed by the fact he could pull off all the layers of TTJ even if it's not truly in him. The uncaring, emotionless and the aloof hostage prince, the truly evil ADG, Righteous war god, gone mad in love, moral idiot devil god. All of them in one with so much conviction.

TTJ wouldn't have died easily Atleast not until his divine essence exhausted which took like 500 years to exhaust in the nether river. In nether river, he had exhausted all the divine essence and was about to die. But was saved by the devil articraft (oh the irony!) because he was born to be a devil fetus.(a resurrection vessel for the devil god)
So, no matter whatever permutation or combination they did to the past, the future would always result as TTJ as a devil god
