Great Article and great list :) sometimes i find it hard to differentiate music, variety and talk shows xD I've seen some of them and love them! I still have to watch crime scene from this list :)
my absolute favorites of all variety shows would be Running man, Infinity challenge, Great escape, How do you play and I can see your voice i think :) I do like some others and the older ones too, like family outing, but these are at the top :) especially infinity challenge and running man because they were with me for a long time :) Though currently the most interesting for me would be great escape and how do you play i guess xDD
back then I already felt bad for switching to korean dramas from japanese ones. So i didn't want to watch variety shows for along time but then i watched Running man's jang hyuk episode and it escalated almost the next day, resulting in me binge-watching running man's all episodes xD

I was trying to hook up my friend (who never ever fangirled over anything and liked anything too much) I gave her Signal and she was like it's ok. but she wasn't hooked xD, then I gave her Healer. And she loved it a lot. and was saying how great and amazing it is. (even though i kinda dropped healer rofl) She was almost hooked! even asked what other thing i can recommend XD as she liked psychology and kinda DOTS style stuff (and hates flower boys) i recommended her kill me heal me and dots. But then she didn't watch, because of being busy and un-hooked XD lol now she doesn't want to watch anything again xD lol it's so hard xD
So if she asks again I think I am going to tell her something from your list xD
