Ratings are finally starting to go up! 👍 This is such a cute drama. It can be easily mistaken for sweet empty calories, but I like the underlying message.

I don't mind if the original is Korean, as long as no Korean person is involved with the script. I love their ideas but their writing is off since the 2010s.

I've seen other asadoras that take place at the same time. Hanako to Anne and Tora ni Tsubasa are two of my favourites. The war always leaves sadness and devastation, the anti war message is clear in both asadoras. But it's never been so graphic before, we never saw so much blood and actual combat. I think it's a top tier asadora so far, but it's definitely not suitable for a family viewing. I guess they are changing the demographics.
This is so brutal, WW2 is very graphic here. Aren't asadoras meant for family viewing? I wouldn't let my kid watch a war movie. Loving it so far, but it's very unusual for the genre 🤔
