This is still good, but I liked season one better. Second season is darker with more focus on legal corruption.

Can a grown-up watch and enjoy it too, or do you need to be young? How immature are they?

She is ambitious in her own way, she wants to find her dad and send enough money home. She wants her family to have a better life. It's only in the last few decades that ambition has been narrowed down into only having a career.
