Japanese dramas hate the romance tag unless it's an actual romance drama... Like we didn't see how he asked her out on a ("not") date and she was very quick to say yes...
And that's me dropping the drama. I didn't wait two years for a version that's even more censored than the one we got in 2023. What's the point of selling it to Japan to bypass censorship if you end up making it worse??? My advice to everyone is to just read the book and not bother with the homophobic greed of Youku and Wowow.
bro.....the editing is so bad sometimes I can't understand what just happened. I know they had to cut a lot of…
I think if they DIDN'T cut out so much it would have been impossible to watch. Some things are a bit strange but it's still manageable, and at least it won't get slow and boring halfway through like most romcoms, No stupid misunderstandings and a minimum of unnecessary breakups.
There is something there, a chemistry, but doramas don't always follow through. It's flexible: you can enjoy shipping or look at it as having no romance.
Machine made subtitles. I've waited so long and it's for nothing if no one is going to sub it properly...😭 The only reason I could understand what's going on is that I've seen it before and read the book, otherwise I don't think I could follow the story with the current DO subtitles.

Finally a good Japanese drama is available for international viewers and it's being ignored... 😭

Thrillers are usually predictable, but this one really keeps me guessing.
Try here 5+6. The last two episodes aren't translated yet.
It's a BL but some of the sexual couples are hetero.
