I personally prefer the first version over the others because of the male lead’s character. Before the confession, he is kind of introverted, unexpressive, bad boy cold vibe and reserved, which atractive. The female lead, too, isn’t very expressive she hesitates even after confession , needing time to process the situation and gather the courage to believe that she can truly be loved by someone.This is something the other versions lack. In contrast, the other version starts off with a soft tone and more emotionally open characters, which feels less compelling to me. However, the first version does seem to lack some details possibly due to cut scenes which slightly affects the overall impact. other versions are detailed in story .
all version are good , story is same, tone are different . but if I had to choose, I’d lean slightly toward the first one because it resonated more with me personally.
