People how is it ? Does it have that business proposal vibe?
Better I think, and I loved Business Proposal. It's even sweeter, hilariously funny as YoonA and Junho's comedic timings is fabulous, and the characters are wonderful. Highly recommend. There's a reason it currently has an 8.5 out of 10 rating. Although, honestly, it should be higher. So good :)

Girl he's been doing that since 2016 in Memory. The man is a powerhouse, he books projects because he's got the…
Oh sure, but I still think that's the best kissing scene he's done yet :) Everything about it was beautifully done.

And yep, you're correct about him having the all-round goods :) He works hard to have them though -- just watched a video this morning where he was talking about working out for an hour and 20 minutes 6 days a week (and a pretty strenous workout) and only eating 1,200 calories a day for an extended period of time (very very healthy food too).

Gotta work hard to be that perfect :)

Rewatched that kiss scene last night. Honestly, it's right up there with Kim Jae Wook's kiss scenes in Crazy Love. One of the best I've ever seen in K-dramas. I think Jun Ho will be hired for dramas from now on because he can do THAT -- :)

It works really well because the chemistry between the two is off the charts, IMO. It wouldn't have been anywhere near as good if they had chosen an actress who wasn't as good with comedic timing or banter, but YoonA is superb at it. One of my favorite K-drama pairs right now :)

Humor is really good, isn't it? I rarely laugh out loud at a K-drama, but this one has incredibly funny scenes in every episode. A big surprise to me how much I'm enjoying this, as rom coms aren't always my favorite genre.

Alright I'm bored now, and off to watch Episode 8 for a second time because... how funny the episode was and... that kiss :) Have a good night all the King for Land fans :)

I'm British originally, and we had decades of British men being called "wimpy", "gay" and "effeminate". We just laughed. Thought it was funny.

The part where Sarang promoting the products at sauna is damn cute and the way ML watching her. The small gestures…
It's really interesting how the director is concentrating on a lot of "small details" that add such a sense of emotion and romance to the scene. Same with the kiss scene in Ep 8. It isn't the typical quick kiss, but goes on and on. As it would in real life :)

I'm going to make a point of watching his other two dramas, as I love how he directs.

I'm a journalist. Writing that took me 2 minutes, so don't read anything into it other than that I type 140 words a minute :)

Can we just talk about the sexy men on this drama? Lol
Jun Ho really is beautiful. I have only watched one drama he has been in and honestly didn't pay that much attention, but he is an absolute standout in King the Land.

NOTHING. :) And I hate to upset all the fools wasting their time downrating the drama everywhere they can but ratings mean NOTHING in the entertainment industry. Especially not on sites like IMDB, Google and MyDrama List.

I'm an entertainment journalist, and can tell you with 100 percent fact, what IS important to JTBC is how many people watch a drama and how many hours it is watched for.

A show can be rated with a zero, but if tens of millions of people are watching it, JTBC doesn't care because JTBC wins.

Considering King the Land is THE #1 most-watched show on Netflix, therefore, JTBC could not care less about the Arab Temper Tantrum. They have created a massively successful show that is being watched around the world by tens of millions of people, and they will make a boatload of money from it.

But hey, those wasting their short lives whining about a fictional character on every website they can, keep doing it -- your whining is bringing huge amounts of attention to King the Land :)

JTBC must love you :)

Okay, and color me slow, as I'm just rewatching King the Land on Netflix and I just realized the guy who asked Kang Da Eul out at the bar is the lazy, good-for-nothing husband she now has :) Duh

Wokeism: people sitting at home just waiting to be offended. Absurd.
Exactly. Every left-wing friend I have is now voting Republican in the next election, as am I and both my parents (who were also lifelong Dems before the last few years of insanity coming from the left wing).

As someone who has been a Democrat for 25 years, I would have thought you were insane if you told me I would be voting Republican just a few years down the road, but nowadays the insane are the left-wing.

Literally pushing the chopping off of the genitals of CHILDREN (no problem if you want to change genders when you're an adult, but NOT as a child), the pushing of crazy 'green agendas' that are unsustainable and do nothing but destroy economies while Asia just continues with what they were always doing so will annihilate western economies, jailing people for using "the wrong pronoun", censoring anyone who disagrees with their lunacy and on and on.

I also currently live in Austria and we are likely heading for a right-wing controlled government in our next election too (thank God) as the left have annihilated Austria's economy with their 'green agenda' and Covid craziness.

Oh and my pronouns? Bite/Me :)

Loved that drama and, yep, the way they dealt with it didn't really seem genuine to me. He was still a not-so-great person who would, obviously, go back to his not-so-great ways eventually.

Not a chance it's going to be cancelled. It's the #1 show on Netflix and the hottest K-drama this season. JTBC must be loving all the publicity as millions more people will now be watching it :)

I haven't seen that anywhere except in Korean webtoons and K-dramas. Very sweet and very respectful of the woman, IMO. Should be copied worldwide.
