Title I Want to Do It with You Spoiler

hey many thanks for sharing!

this web drama is nice and light and good for a fast watch since it’s short 8 episodes. yet it’s not something difficult to digest (opine certain leeway needs to be given since it’s web drama and low budget...so for me it’s more like what’s the message it wanna bring across to us audience) and after watching does leave a melancholy feeling that all relationships doesn’t come easy as not every will have happy ending.

at least in every relationship will have some parts of happiest moment worth cherish, regardless of how it may end up to be...and perhaps that’s how this web drama maker wants to portray ‘what love is’.

Reckon anyone who’s interested to view how being in love is from the guy’s vs. the girl’s perspective can watch this drama, and guess it may leave you appreciating your current relationship even more.

just happen to chance upon this movie and watched it. glad to know I’m not the only one who had watched this so we can share views here.

now...is it just me that thinks Japanese movie/ drama makers has the knack of plot lines with all sorts of obsession all the time?

This movie is really bizarre and unexpected but yet from the artistic angle & psychology point of view is something to ponder on. Given such a plotline is dangerous as it doesn’t really fit into the general appetite of most viewers but yet the movie makers pull it thorough to invest in...this really intrigues me.

I do appreciate the actress & actor kid (haven’t get to check his profile so let’s just call him ‘kid’ for now) emotions as it’s not easy to be portrayed. And the plotline is also having a little twist here and there (back & forth) trying to spice things up.

In all logical sense, many may opine this movie direction is illogical...but to me, I’ve happen to read some real life story whereby kidnappers and victims of similar case scenario (likewise this movie’s plot) may somehow develop the Stockholm syndrome...not to say this movie’s abducted kid likes/ love the main actress but to a certain extent we can see there’s a bonding between them (which is why he chose to being with her in comparison to being with her father at the ending scene) ...this is scary isn’t it, but it’s happening out there and psychologists even has a terminology for it. So supposed this movie is venturing into areas of the taboo or the unspoken of human’s darker side. And with the plot setting of both father and daughter being educators (teacher & professor by profession) is trying to make a contradicting statement that it doesn’t mean what we see people from outside it is what’s inside of them (and their minds).

But all I would like to forewarn is this movie is definitely NOT for those who are faint-hearted or closed minded (in this context it only means those who are living life with all happy zest without any worries of the outside world what’s possibly happening) as it will leave lingering unhealthy thoughts or fear of society brutalness in them.
