I've noticed that sometimes the higher the amount of total watch time someone has, sometimes they can be more blunt with their opinions. That being said, I'm not really sure if everyone's watch time is accurate since some people may skip parts of shows but still mark as "completed"

You need to have the raw video file then you use a video player like VLC or PotPlayer and then you add the subtitles.
