It sounds too neat... Like, here's a recording where Sae Ron says exactly what everyone wants to hear like a script.…
That’s exactly what I’m concerned about too. It really does feel like a makjang drama setup—like one side carefully orchestrated everything to corner the other at the most “perfect” moment. What confuses me is why GRI would risk saying something as serious as the FBI is involved. If that turns out to be false, that’s career-ending. No credible journalist makes a claim that bold in a case this high-profile unless they’re absolutely sure. I’m holding onto a sliver of hope though—after all, even the Burning Sun case found resolution eventually. Maybe, just maybe, this miracle is real.

Everything is suddenly fake when it comes to ahjussi
So true. Now it’s “messages were fabricated,” “voice recordings are AI,” and all the past incidents—like the paper plane, the 20-year-old wife claim, the lingerie video—are just harmless gossip, apparently. I genuinely can’t think of a worse fandom. Well, maybe except for the one still defending the guy involved in Burning Sun… so I guess nothing shocks me anymore.

LKB and Partners are so prepared and are giving a swift reaction this time. They weren't like that earlier. To…
Are they really this clueless? Because if this turns out to be a false allegation, it’s not just her case that’s done for—it’ll be the final nail in the coffin. Forget justice for a second, we’ll probably see Knock Off hitting Disneyplus within days. They jumped the gun, and if that’s proven, he’s going to walk right back into the spotlight like none of this ever happened—no matter what he’s done.

Honestly, after today’s revelations, I don’t even know what to believe anymore. It all sounds too bizarre to be real—like, why would an actor be arranging a hitman for someone who was in the US? But what I do know is this: the people now claiming the voice recordings are AI-generated need to remember how many recordings their beloved star oppa and LJH used to try and “prove” that Sae Ron was married, pregnant, abused, aware of debts, and more. So if we’re questioning authenticity now, who’s to say those weren’t AI too?

Also, people still thinking LJH is some neutral messiah here to “rescue” oppa really need to wake up. Why is he out there giving press conferences about allegations that clearly center more on KSH than himself—unless it’s because his number was found on the attacked person’s phone? That’s way too involved for someone claiming to be uninvolved or “cut off” from KSH.

I was just scrolling through the comments on this page to check for any updates—glad to see companies are finally suing him for damaging their brand image. But one comment really disturbed me. Someone responded to that infamous 2013 interview, where he said he wanted to marry a 20-year-old (who would’ve been a kindergartener back then) at 41 years, by brushing it off with: “Young men say silly things; they just aren’t mature enough.”

I'm sorry, but seriously—what are you even saying? How can anyone justify something so disturbing by claiming “boys will be boys”? If you're desperate to defend him, you might try saying he misspoke or has changed (though even that only works in the minds of delulu fans). But calling it just "silly" is exactly the problem. It shows how society keeps enabling such behavior—because the people responsible for raising men with strong values keep dismissing red flags as harmless immaturity.

I sincerely hope more people start recognizing this mindset for what it is and do better—especially when it comes to raising their sons.

Hey, I totally get where you're coming from. I think it’s more about how the industry views actors — as far as I know, PHS was or is an idol (though I’m not 100% sure), and I haven’t heard of any scandals involving him. I don’t really keep up with celeb news unless something major breaks, and I think I read that info on sites like Koreaboo, Allkpop, or Panchoa — so I’m not sure how accurate it is.

That said, from what I’ve seen, Korea seems to genuinely respect those who’ve worked hard over time. A lot of actors end up with titles like "nation’s father/mother/sister" etc., probably because they’re such a familiar presence on TV there, while for international fans, just finding their dramas can be a task.

If the news is true, maybe it’s a reflection of the goodwill he’s built over the years. And honestly, good for him — I’ve loved most of his projects. Doctor Slump was my favorite; I totally related to the high school nerd phase 😂. He’s a great actor, so I wouldn’t be surprised if he is one of the highest paid right now.

REMINDER about KSH's PAST BEHAVIORS & INTERVIEWS:1. Calling 13yr old kim yoojung mature and potential romance…
Here's the Excel sheet created by another MDL user (if I’m not mistaken): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gMuaL3YIYNwHQE3OILNpB_2LMYil-T9TU_ZrysSL6lU/edit?usp=sharing. I’m sure it includes many more incidents, such as the hidden paper plane fire incident, which you can read more about here: https://sg.news.yahoo.com/video-kim-soo-hyun-s-past-as-an-091038972.html.

Just saw that MDL has issued a much-needed reminder encouraging users to be respectful and not resort to personal attacks just because they disagree with someone’s opinion. Honestly, it’s a relief — especially considering how many so-called "fans" were busy hurling insults, wishing death on others, and dragging people’s families into arguments. Hopefully this will bring some sanity back.

My simple suggestion to everyone feeling frustrated would be to boycott him entirely — across platforms like Netflix, X, Instagram, MDL, and elsewhere. No engagement, no interaction. Since STAR oppa and his team are so determined to sue people across the globe for expressing their opinions, I’d really like to see how a celebrity’s career sustains itself when no one watches their work, engages with their content, or even reads articles about them. Silence can be louder than words.

And before any fan throws around the word "cyberbullying" in defense of the STAR, please take a long, hard look at your own fandom. The same group has been actively slandering a deceased woman and running misogynistic, slut-shaming campaigns against her. For reference, this tweet speaks volumes: https://x.com/fylesxo/status/1911445873617236346 — one of the most vile things I’ve come across, and even more disturbing if the account owner is actually a woman.

So unless your outrage applies to everyone, not just the STAR, please stop using “cyberbullying” as a selective shield. You can’t demand empathy while dehumanizing someone else.

And to be clear — I’ve done my best to keep this message respectful, especially given how many comments have been taken down lately.

I feel like phs deserved better in every role he gets, minus happiness
Totally agree — I’ve watched Doctor Slump, Strong Girl Bong Soon, and Heirs. Tried Happiness too but dropped it midway since I was burnt out on zombie content. Park Hyung Sik definitely deserves better scripts and more layered roles; Buried Hearts didn’t do him justice. Honestly, I’ve never fully liked the writing in any of his dramas — they start strong but lose steam fast. Hoping Twelve is better, but my expectations are low considering the production team’s track record (Night Has Come, Branding in Seongsu, Friendly Rivalry) — good ideas, poor execution. Fingers crossed, though.

If you are in a western country, they even have no right to sue you! No laws against talking crap about celebs…
I’m honestly not sure who they even plan to sue. If they’re targeting people just for using the word “pedo,” there are easily over 100K tweets on X alone throwing that term around. At best, they might be able to push for censorship or content takedowns across platforms — but filing actual lawsuits against individuals? That feels unrealistic and borderline impossible to enforce.

True! Tbh, I actually appreciated that we finally got a woman who chose revenge over love — that part had potential.…
Exactly!! I genuinely thought the entire idea of "Buried Hearts" would be how Dongju and Eunnam metaphorically keep burying each other with choices — like he picks love, she picks revenge, then vice versa — all because they’re on opposite sides of a larger war. That tension could’ve been so powerful. But nope, girlie just ditches her husband out of nowhere and is like “nvm I want Dongju” — like, huh??

She literally could’ve ended up with him if she had just been honest about who she was in the first place. It’s not like Dongju knew she was the chairman’s granddaughter — the dude would've married her if he had a clue. Instead they made her act like some emotionally confused, dishonest mess, which just killed her character arc for me.

And that whole “maybe I misheard” thing she tells Taeyun?? What was that?? Like no, girl. You know your mom is evil and your whole family is a mess. Taeyun is the only sane person in that household — the least you could’ve done is warn him to leave before someone actually kills him. But nah, let’s just let him die for absolutely nothing 🙃

They could’ve made this a beautifully tragic “two lovers on opposite sides of fate” kind of story — but instead it felt like a frustrating rollercoaster where every emotional payoff was traded for plot twists that didn’t land. What a waste of potential.

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼exactly so many character’s arc made no sense at all. very random and messy throughout.
Exactly! It felt like the writers just kept throwing twists for shock value without thinking about consistency or payoff. Characters would change personalities like outfits — one episode they're supportive, next episode they're cold or murderous with zero explanation. No arc got the space to breathe, and by the end, it felt like everyone was either a traitor, a murderer, or just... confused. Messy is honestly an understatement.

Your Review is 100% perfect..! women like Eun-nam should rot in hell..!
True! Tbh, I actually appreciated that we finally got a woman who chose revenge over love — that part had potential. But the way she went about it? Sleeping with Dongju the night before and then marrying someone else the next afternoon without ever telling him who she really was? That’s just wild. And the fact that the writers expected us to root for her or see it as okay… seriously baffling. I personally couldn’t stand her character till the very end.

It’s genuinely concerning to see how intense the obsession with Korean pop culture has become for some young fans, especially in India. I have no issue with appreciating Korean content — K-pop, K-dramas, and the culture itself have global appeal for a reason. But stories like this — where teenagers are willing to risk their safety and futures just to chase a fantasy — are a serious wake-up call.

Garo Sero Allegations Against Celebrities : The Garo Sero Research Institute has been involved in many controversies…
While it's understandable to be cautious about the claims made by the Garosero Research Institute (Garo Sero), it's important to recognize that, in this instance, they are acting as a conduit for information provided directly by Kim Sae Ron's family. The family has chosen to collaborate with Garo Sero to share their perspective and evidence regarding the situation. Therefore, the allegations presented aren't solely the assertions of Garo Sero but are rooted in the family's statements and materials. While individuals may choose to believe these claims or not, it's crucial to acknowledge that Garo Sero is functioning more as a media representative for the bereaved family rather than as the originator of the accusations.
